Juice It Up! - Acai Berry Bowl - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Ontario, California

As you can see from my order... who would order and Acai Berry Smoothie with only Ice, Spirulina & Probiotic mix? Also who would order a juice just to get only blended items in smoothie condition and no juice at all. I don't understand, was it the end of the night and the employees just didn't care? None of this makes sense. read more

Amazing service friendly and dependable staff. Will continue to be a repeat customer. 5 stars.

I've never been so insulted in for ever. I entered the the establishment no one was in there. I placed my order the owner I'm assuming. did not want to take the money from my hand so I am returned. Wanted to make sure that I what I was feeling was right so I paid with a card. The owner didn't even wanna give me the receipt. She kind of threw the receipt to me instead of placing my receipt in my hand. She didn't tell whisper to the young lady who was working for her. She whispered something to the young lady she made my açai bowl so fast. I've been going to Juice It Up! since my daughter was a child. She's now 23. I am lost for words because in Ontario I didn't know we still had to deal with such ignorant prejudice people I'm hard-working. I work two jobs. I'm raising four girls by myself and I refuse to deal with such ignorant people and their establishments so that's why I put this on, Yelp I'm appalled and I'm very angry. I am 50 years old and I work hard for everything that I have. read more

They really need to work on their customer service. I went in yesterday and the girl at the register just made me feel like she was being forced to take my order. Let me just say I will stick to my local Eastvale location. read more

Been here several times, not sure why there's a lot of bad reviews. Customer service I've received has been decently good. Not necessarily the best but also not the worst. Every time my smoothies and bowls have been exactly what I ordered. I didn't see any pictures from their "Customer Favorites" list for their create your own smoothies so I figured I'd add them and leave this review as well. I have no issues coming back here everytime I have a craving for Juice It Up! read more

Juice It Up! - Hawaiian Punch and protein blast - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Ontario, California

This shop has had many changes in both the drinks which I will explain below and interior remodeling which has happened about 3 times in the 10 years it's been in business- some items have been exempt and Discontinued which is rather disappointing since one of my favorite was the green macha soy drink. Other drinks like the banana Soy also taste a little bit less fresh like it has been replaced with condense juices in the drinks. Rather sad experience since we all have our favorites and as customers all I can say is once you change the menu the same menu that you won me as a customer, you end up losing . Because it's a franchise you expect quality but It is pricey for what you get, other shops that aren't franchises offer better quality for your buck. Since my Macha soy drink no longer exists here I order a Açaí bowl -- read more

Gabriela C needs a raise. this shi is fire. its thick and absolutely perfect. never is but home girl knows what she doin.

I came here for something refreshing to drink and healthy. The customer service was good and it wasn't too crowded when we arrived. I came with my brother and we both love juice it up. I usually create my own juice. This time I had pineapple as base and then added more pineapple, double kale, and double ginger. My brother is a big fan of the smoothies and tends to get any smoothie that contains banana and he was quite please with his beverage. I got a large which runs at $10. read more

I'm a bit irritated from this Juice It Up location. Their rewards machine has been down for almost two weeks, and although it didn't bother me so much I was told to keep the receipts and once it's back up my points can be I inputed. I walked in today for a Mango Mania smoothie, and their rewards machine was working again so my purchase was included in the rewards. I took out my receipts to have them inputed. The girl at the register was unfamiliar with the process so she brought her manager. The manager just told me that I would have to register my card and call the number on the back so I'd input the numbers myself, which I know is unheard of. I just stood there confused, and she just said that it would take too long on her end to do it. Seriously? You just told me you were too lazy to do it? So basically I've been spending money and I just got scammed out of my points. You don't tell someone to save their receipts only to then say there's nothing you can do about it. I called corporate but no one picked up as well. I'd just avoid this place like the plague. They don't seem interested in helping customers. read more

I tried the new turmeric fusion. The drink itself is pretty good, but the girl working the register tonight was not friendly at all. I asked if the drink (turmeric fusion) was made with any kind of juice she said in a snarky way "no it's a fusion" like that makes a difference to me? She did not smile once. I'll be going to a different juice bar next time. Customer service goes a long way! read more

Prefer going to the juicery up the street despite higher prices but they were closed today. Bf bought a raw juice that basically took 20 mins to make. I bought a protein shake that has a sour after taste despite it being bananas & peanut butter. They also had their advertisement still up of a $25 gift card purchase that would include a free small raw juice & $5 off coupon for next visit. But when I asked about it, they said they no longer have it. (If this was a holiday promo, they're over a week late with taking it down) read more

My go to here is always Bananarama with peanut butter. Sometimes made right, sometimes not. I've had Luna make the smoothie for me twice in one week. The acai bowls are always watery. Teach your staff to make them correctly. I tried coming on multiple occassions and got the same result

Reina and Jonathan were not only extremely rude and lazy, but acted as if placing an order was inconveniencing them. While waiting for my drink, they were rolling their eyes and making comments under their breath - right in front of the customers! It is apparent that negative comments, which are 100% truthful, go by "purposely" unnoticed by the customer service manager, Michealyn C., which is utterly despicable. As you can read from the other reviews, unless you want to deal with incompetent imbecile employees, who can't seem to perform a basic duty of making juice, I suggest you Juice It Up ELSEWHERE!!! read more

If I could give less, I would ! This owner is a joke! I normally order at this location if the owner is not working! Her staff is good and they make our drinks right! I guess I should've known better! We walked in and say her and I said omg should I say or go ????????? My family said let's stay she's not making drinks ! Guess what!!! Ugh she made mine... and I've never seen a watermelon drink look like peach but tasted like pineapple! and a very weak pineapple at that! WTH this owner is cheap! her drinks always seem to be horrible! She doesn't add a lot of fruit or juice it's almost just a ice drink! And don't even try to order a peanut butter drink it's totally sick! Watery peanut! Then if you tell her the drink isn't right she's rude and won't remake your drink she'll want to charge you! As if you didn't order the drink correctly! So done with this place! Next! read more

The açaí bowl was a smoothie in a bowl. It was the worst açaí bowl I have ever had. If they don't know how to make them to be the consistency of an açaí bowl then they shouldn't make them at all. Waste of my money read more

Man I can't say enough wonderful things about this juice it up, been coming for years now, and the customer service is always great. I workout as soon as I get off so normally end up almost not getting a smoothie due to closing at 9. The customer service in this place is TERRIBLE! The employees here do NOT enjoy what they do. This last time, the girl behind the counter made us feel like we were bothering her, or keeping her from something more important (probably a senseless youtube video or something). Eye roll and all! In another instance, my husband was literally turned away by an older woman who only shouted "machine is down, come back another day!" WHAT?!?!?! How about we just don't go back? Juice is good. It's just made by some really irritated ladies :) It's too bad, because they are in a really good location. They are in dire need of some good customer service training. AT LEAST A SMILE. read more
