This morning I come to my local Juice it up and for some reason it never opened. I waited twenty minutes past opening time and still no one came. I'm highly disappointed because I drove expecting to get a juice before on my way to work. I never had an experience like that before and I did also try calling the store as well. Hopefully next time maybe a manger can open or they can find someone to work the morning shift because no one showed up. Waste of time this morning should have went some where else. read more

I was just here and the service was HORRIBLE!! There was only 1 employee working. She was so slow!! Didn't greet anyone coming in at all or acknowledge the line. I waited about 10 minutes before finally ordering my acai bowl. Instead of making my order, the employee took the order of the next 2 people in line that came in after me. She then began to start to attempt to make all 3 orders at the same time. So the 2 people that ordered after me both get their order before me. I finally asked the employee if she was gonna finish making my acai bowl. She just replied "oh yeah I am. The strawberries are just frozen so it's taking a long time." Unreal. Bad service. Employees working here are not customer friendly at all. When I came in I got the feeling as if I interrupted their social hour. I always come to this juice it up and I get the strawberry or lucky lemon punch. Delicious all the time and the wait time is never crazy.

Ordered two smoothies, both of which were improperly blended. I asked for them to be reblended and the worker asked if I wanted them "watery" i told her no, that I just wanted to be able to actually drink it with a straw. Don't like feeling like I'm being nickeled and dimed... my last 2 visits I've been told "that'll be an extra ...." when I ask for something that should really just be part of the almost $10 bowl I'm paying for. Today when I asked for some granola on the bottom, the girl said 50 cents. No problem. Then I suppose it was the owner that whispered something to her then the girl says "oh sorry, it's actually a dollar now." How about you train your employees so they know the price when you change it?? $1 for extra granola (when it used to be 50 cents) and more money for some honey on top is super annoying. The last time I visited I asked the girl that was preparing it for a little extra drizzle of honey (mind you-- they barely put ANY on to begin with, which is why I asked) and the same lady that told the employee the granola was a dollar today says "that'll be an extra 50 cents, is that okay," BTW I wasn't even talking to her-- RUDE-- & secondly, how about you just show some customer service and drizzle a little more? I agreed to pay extra in a separate transaction since I had already paid for my bowl-- but then the girl barely added any more. Do you want me to beg for it? I ended up driving all the way home and adding more honey for free. Thanks for nothing. Come on. Today was an interesting experience, not as customer friendly. I came in to order a juice and was denied because the employee stated they were in a rush and busy that they didn't haven't time to clean the juice machine. I understand rushes and all, but as customer i felt there was no care. Then they offered a bottled juice and smoothies instead and said they make the juice but it'll come out thick and pulpy. It was bummer to be denied and not make it an option and clean the machine and have me as customer wait, because I was willing and experience at other juice it up. I live in the preserve and have been coming to this location since I was 7 I order the same drink every time I haven't been here in a month or two because the quality recently was just not worth the money it would taste watered down or expired I decided that I wanted to give it another try because it's so close to home and my parents wanted a smoothie too. I ordered my favorite the razzle dazzle and because they girls didn't know how to make it they offered a ra berry craze instead which is entirely different I nicely and promptly pulled up the recipe just simple raspberry strawberry yogurt and ice instead of making the drink or trying to provide customer satisfaction one of the workers took it upon herself to give me a chunky sharp icey raspberry cranberry craze with so many seeds that you can't swallow a sip without cheeks and teeth being overwhelming bumbarded by harsh chunks of seeds looking at the drink all you see is strawberry seeds and you can't taste any fruit. Horrible made me sad because I came home to split it with my little sisters and without telling them my disappointment they asked why it was so sour and my other disinter started coughing because she almost choked on seeds. read more

Great place for green juices... they call them raw juice and can put almost anything you want. Also my English is limited and some of the girls are bilingual, they made me feel more comfortable reassuring me I was getting what I wanted. I've been to this location a few times. first off, the girls are always so rude in there. they must hate their job. i ordered 3 smoothies, and waited probably 15 minutes to get my drinks. there was one person who had ordered before me, only one of the employees was making smoothies. she was also the one to take my order. and in between making some of the drinks, was washing blenders...the other employee was off changing the display fruit on the wall and was doing a few other things that were not helping her coworker make our drinks. another time I came into this store I noticed the girl making my smoothie (I don't know her name because she did not have a name tag) had giant fake nails!!! i used to work a Jamba Juice, so I know that when you work with food, you must obtain a food handlers license. and I recall not being able to even have your nails painted let alone have big fake claws on your hands. sooooo many germs hide under those things!!!! the employees seem to not care about what the customers leave the store thinking, and are very unprofessional. read more

If I was rating this review based on the product alone, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, based on the customer service they are only getting 3 stars from me. I stopped on my way to work this morning to get a smoothie and I was the only customer in the juice bar. The employee who was working was making a smoothie and didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood at the counter and watched her continue to make the smoothie without even saying a word to me. I am outraged!! We go to juice it up at least once a week and you're telling me that this bowl is worth almost $10? It is absolutely ridiculous when my husband brought it to the employees attention she said its because they now have 2 sizes, a regular and a large. The regular now takes 1 packet of acai and the large has 2. So you're telling me that you guys found a way to screw people even more, you sell the exact same thing just put it in a bigger cup, charge $3 more for it and call it a large? & if that's not enough all toppings that used to come with the bowl are now extra!! read more

I went with my cousin and my sister on June 5th, Wednesday, to buy some juice. It was my first time there and the ladies did not greet us. My cousin told them we were not ready to order (it was my sister and I's first time at a Juice It Up) and they ignored us while we tried to decide on drinks. We were clearly discussing what we should get and they did not offer any assistance whatsoever. We had decided on a Mango Mania, a Strawberry Wave, and a Melon Madness. We all decided to get large smoothies. We received our drinks and we were shocked at how brightly colored they were. We took a photo and went home. One taste of my mango mania and I immediately regretted it. It tasted so wrong and so much like medicine. It did not taste like fresh juice at all- it tasted like powdered concentrate?? It was one of their bestsellers, I think? But I have no idea why it tasted so bad. My sister's Strawberry Wave was okay and my cousin's Melon Madness was the best out of all our drinks but mine was literally UNDRINKABLE. To this night (June 8), my mango mania sits in our freezer because I literally cannot bring myself to drink it.
