I normally do not like fried or grilled tofu but this was different. Nice crunch on the outside and super creamy on the inside. They have a pink sauce in little packets and it is really good on the crunchy tofu. Not too sweet and just the right flavor. I also had a mango green tea with Boba. Of course it was delicious just the right amount of mango but it was sweet. The second time I visited I tried the shrimp chow mein and the crunchy tofu again and I tried peach black tea with Boba. The tea was delicious and sweet but really nice. I'm not sure how you could make that horrible. The shrimp chow mein was just OK to me. The noodles seemed gummy and I'm not used to that. We also had the sautéed gyoza. The first batch came out burnt, but they were very nice and very accommodating when we brought them back and they brought us another order that was perfect and delicious. By the way we ordered vegetarian Gyoza and it was surprisingly good. I have also had the Ramen at this restaurant and it is also excellent . Many choices and they're really good about cooking what you need. This is not a fancy place but the food is great and the girls at the order desk are really sweet!

A small bummer was that the mango fruit toppings came frozen, but I loved the bee pollen & shredded coconut! The server was very kind & helpful, too. Lots of menu options, as well, so I like the variety. Ambiance - there's a sign by the register that encourages customers to take their orders to-go & the available seating is for customers waiting for their order since they don't offer "table service." There's outdoor seating but it's limited (2 tables) & not that pleasant (somewhat dirty). I'm hoping to go back to try the juices in the future

Its actually further away from the freeway than I expected but we kept on going! We arrived and it was a cute coffee shop! We all decided to get the Seattle Freeze before it was recommended by the server/cashier. Seattle Freeze is basically a coffee blended drink. It tasted good, its more on the milky than coffee side. There wasn't much help so it was a bit longer to get all our drinks. They also sell pastries, coffee (of course), panini, ice cream shake, smoothies, and tea. This time I wanted to try something different with all natural ingredients like a raw juice. I chose the Optimizer with no ice in medium size. Wow, it cost me $11+. Prices have surely gone up. Optimizer comes with pineapple, beet, carrot, cucumber, celery, and red grapes. I tasted the pineapple, cucumber, and celery, but I didn't really get the rest of the veggies and fruits. I'm sure they were in there, but perhaps certain ingredients overpower the others. It was still a great drink. Staff was okay. Service was quick. They weren't too busy at the time. I'll be back to try their other raw juice drinks next time. Thanks JIU!

When I politely asked the manager why it was taking so long, she responded incredibly rudely and defensively, as if I was unreasonable for simply asking about my order. When my food was finally called, I politely asked the employee why people who ordered after me were served first. Once again, I was met with attitude and defensiveness instead of a simple explanation or apology. I was completely polite throughout the entire interaction. Apparently, at Nekter, asking a reasonable question about a 30-minute wait is enough to offend the staff. The wait was bad. The attitude was worse. I won't be coming back.
