A personal favorite on the weekly for a satisfying avocado toast, spinach wrap, Hanna Banana or Chocolate Date smoothie in-between the work hours at home. Always consistent, always great and my go-to for a nice pick me up without the guilt. The peanut butter protein treats are also a nice energy boost too! Thanks for always delivering such goodness!

Visited today to pick up a tuna melt as well as an everything avocado open faced sandwich, mango mania smoothie with collagen peptides and a clean green juice. The people who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming. The place is cozy and inviting. Also ordered pupcakes for my doggies. I appreciate they have eco-friendly packaging. Everything was delicious and healthy. We all enjoyed our treats. We will definitely be coming back.

Found this spot looking for a smoothie on the way to my destination. I really enjoyed everything I tried & wish a location was closer to where I live. I will be back anytime I pass through the area.

Juice girl is our first stop any time we take a long bike ride from SF! It's the perfect place to refuel, with incredibly healthy treats and meals. I dream of the peanut butter cookies and I've tried to recreate them many times. No luck. You just feel lighter and happier when you come in here!

Green Bowl (left) Fruit Bowl (right)

Was looking for some local breakfast to start off a weekend trip and stumbled upon high ratings for Juice Girl, so we gave it a try! We ordered via phone and came to pick up in the brightly lit, casual-comfy store. Acai bowls were good with generous portions and loaded with healthy ingredients and flavors. We tried one original Fruit Bowl which was definitely sweeter, complemented by banana and honey, and the Green Bowl which definitely felt more "health-food-y" with kale in the base and things such as flax seeds, goji berries, and raw almonds on top. It was interesting that they were served in compostable cardboard-y bowls, which was eco friendly but left me wondering if the bowls would get soggy. Thankfully they didn't when we ate them soon after purchase! The one experience that wasn't so pleasant was being a little surprised at the price of the bowls. The prices displayed on the signage ($10 for the Fruit bowl and $11 for the Green Bowl) were not the prices we were charged by the employee working the cashier ($11 for the Fruit Bowl and $12.50 for the Green Bowl). When asked, he said that they'd forgotten to update the signage. I don't mind paying for purchases, especially as the prices still felt quite reasonable, but would prefer that prices are clearly and consistently marked so the customer feels like things are fairly done. It really should only take a minute or two to tape updated prices up.

Perfect spot to grab a smoothie or something to eat after hiking around Marin, Muir Woods, Bolinas area. Located in the same shopping plaza as Safeway. They have freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, avocado toast, salads, soups, and sandwiches. Service is great, the staff are so friendly, parking is super easy and theres spots to sit inside. They also have coffee here too! I will def come here post hike or even to grab something to bring on your hike!

Power Açaí Bowl
Maureen W.

Came after spending the morning hiking and was a great place to stop for a quick lunch/refreshment. Ordered the Power Açaí Bowl - Thought the toppings were really good in this one but the smoothie base was a bit watery (its made with almond milk and coconut water). Place is a bit on the pricier side but juice & smoothie options are solid. If you are looking for a quick place to stop for a bite, would recommend.

The $14.99 sandwich was pre-cut and full of thick pieces of steak. There was a ton of arugula and pickled red onion. This was a very good homemade tasting sandwich of great quality. The market itself is pretty low key, very dense and small. It has everything you need but it doesn't have the produce that I would normally get at a Whole Foods or Good Earth. The service was good and it was very convenient to go to. We will definitely come back to get sandwiches here whenever we have a picnic nearby. It was convenient. The redwood park nearby did not disappoint.

After a long hike in Mt. Tam, we stopped by the popular Sol Food in Mill Valley for the first time!…read moreAnd I don't know if it was because of the 8-mile hike I just finished or what, but the food absolutely hit the spot! First of all, we came during an off-hour, around 3:30pm, and there was still a line to order at the counter. They provided complementary ice water from a dispenser outside with cups, which was really nice. Once we placed our orders, we stood outside with everyone else as the indoor area is pretty small with only limited counter seating at the window. We waited about 5 minutes to order and another 10-15 for our food. Most people set up camp on the tailgates of their cars in the parking lot, so we did the same. Pro tip: some people brought camping chairs and coolers to make it into a real tailgate, which I thought was really cool. - Pollo al horno: ordered the Large plate which came with generous portion of chicken, white rice, choice of fried garlic plantain or sweet plantain (or one of each), side of beans (choice of black or pink), and a side salad. Chicken was marinated very nicely and wasn't too dry. - Bistec encebollado: ordered the Large plate also which came with the same as above. Steak was cooked well and surprisingly tender enough to cut easily. Both plantains were good but I really liked the garlic one because it was different than the sweet plantains I'm used to. The Large plate portion sizes were huge! Although the price did reflect this, I think it was still worth for the amount of food given.

We usually sit in the park behind the deli and look at the house boats while we eat our sandwiches. So nice. I love the sandwiches because they make all the meats and toppings fresh every day and create really creative, delicious sandwiches. It's hard to find sandwiches with real homemade meats and lots of veggies and homemade sauces that aren't mustard or Russian dressing. I also love the Twerks, which is the delicious veggie topping combo you can get on your sandwiches: Spinach, Arugula, Cucumber, Carrots, Radish, Beets, Green Sprouts & Bean Sprouts, Salt, Fresh Lemon, Pepper, Roasted Garlic and Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauces. I usually get the turkey pesto melt with the twerks, and it's a top five sandwich. I dream about it. I've tried some of the veggie wraps, my partner loves the pork sandwiches, and my daughter gets a grilled cheese on Dutch crunch. All delicious. What I received was just meat and cheese, no onions, no cilantro, nothing else. Mistakes happen, so I walked back up to the counter to point it out. Instead of a quick fix, the situation turned into an argument between the front staff and the kitchen about whether the taco had been made correctly. I stepped in to clarify and explained that I had literally just shown the taco to the cashier. At that point, I was essentially told they couldn't verify it because I hadn't physically handed it back to them, while the kitchen insisted it had been made with onions and cilantro. It got awkward fast. Rather than simply remaking the taco, the whole exchange felt like I was being accused of making it up over a $9 order. At that point, I decided to leave. It's not about the taco, it's about how the situation was handled. If there's an issue, just fix it and move on. Turning it into a debate with the customer is not the move. They really need to do better on basic customer service.

Our kids sucked down there super small cokes that come in the combo while they waited for their food. As soon as we got our food, we pulled over and started eating the fries or some of the worst coldest driest rubbery fries I've ever gotten from any drive-through. The chicken sandwich was a joke. The bun was so dry and crumbly, I had to peel all of the rock hard edges off just to bite into the sandwich and when I did, the grilled chicken was rubbery, stale, and lukewarm I can't believe we waited so long and the food wasn't fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting there half the night before they gave it to us. I'm all for paying high price for quality food. If it's worth it, this sadly was not. all four of us got home and complained individually about our experience. Pretty sad for a $75 drive-through order which consisted of three combos and an extra hamburger. Definitely will make efforts to avoid this place in the future. This little retail area badly needed something new besides boutique, hair/nail salon, beauty salon,…read morejewelry salon, lifestyle designer, clothing consignment store or studio for a better YOU. Just a bit different, no need to overdo things in this little area behind the small Menke Park / Piccolo Pavilion area in Corte Madera. Hiding in plain sight as it were, there have always been salons of one stripe or another along the block, essentially a salon of salons. For a time I did find something here for myself, way back when vhs rental movies were a thing. This was in a fairly large retail space, almost like a separate little cottage at the far east end, around the corner and somewhat hidden from view from the parking lot. Ironic then that this is the very place I find myself going again today. Zonda Meats is the addition to this area that's especially timely now as grocers nearby are closed, and premium quality butcher shops almost nonexistent. I happened on Zonda the other day while biking down the little side street of Montecito that forms the east side of the small park. The owner in residence, Alberto Lataliste, is from Argentina but has been in the USA for many years. I worked in northern Argentina for more than a decade and developed a great appetite for the beef raised there, and the way cuts of meat often follow muscle groups rather than slicing through them as is done here. Alberto's focus on meat quality is to identify and import quality producers there and delivering without freezing or addition of preservative. The selection is extensive so you'll benefit from making your own quality comparisons. In addition to the meat counter, there are excellent sandwiches and in near future my own favorite, empanada. The sandwiches are very generous and outside is a pleasant courtyard with tables for lunch. I'm glad to see an assortment of imported preserved meat, and another favorite of mine, Dulce de Leche from Argentina, which is much superior to the few brands made here. So here's to a great reception for Zonda Meats, arriving just in time for summer grilling in my backyard parrilla.

So many don't. The staff has always been exceptionally helpful. They're always ready to make recommendations and to help you select the perfect cut of meat. The shop itself is clean and bright.
