Went in this morning for a healthy breakfast, ended up getting a Dragon Fruit bowl, which in my opinion was not tasty at all. It looked great but the base (dragon fruit) ruined it. It taste like plain dragon fruit, which is ALMOST tasteless with some kind of sweetener, so virtually sweet water. Not what I really wanted for breakfast. The service was nice and quick but based on food I would not recommend, maybe their juices are better?

Good smoothie place. Nothing special, but not bad at all. Fruit tastes fresh and drink was prepared quickly. I tried the dragonfruit reboot and it was good. Metered parking right in front and tables to sit outside.

Came with a group and we ordered 4 varieties of açaí bowls. Nice, simple ambiance inside. I loved the huge amethyst crystals on display on the counter and display table. We sat outside and waited for our orders at the picnic tables. For the price of $13-$15/bowl, I'd expected larger bowls, then realized everything is higher nowadays. I had the one with kale and expected to see a hint of green, but there was none. Figured it was pureed into the acai. Nothing to write home about, but still refreshing on a sunny day. Street parking.

Too sweet chocolate "Fountain of Youth" smoothie. Ick.

I ordered the large size of the Fountain of Youth smoothie, which the sign said included blueberries and strawberries and a bunch of other fruits. About $13. Imagine my surprise when I took a sip and it tasted like chocolate! Turns out that I missed the fact that they add cocoa to it as well. I was really disappointed because I wanted a fruity smoothie, but I tried to drink it anyways. However, it turned out to be way too sweet and the chocolate overpowered all the fruit. What's the point of fruit if it's just going to be chocolate flavored? I miiiight come back again, but I would NEVER order that smoothie ever again, yuck! However the staff was pleasant and I appreciated that. Ambiance? It's a casual smoothie place, a little run down but clean.

Kind of a pain to find metered street parking. Counter area inside available to sit and sip or a couple of tables available right outside. The staff is very cool and helpful. Takes a while to get your order though, in case you're in a rush. Their smoothies are very tasty and I find myself going through phases where I have to get my fix continuously. Not cheap though. You're looking at about $12+ per drink. Bought myself a Vitamix after spending soo much money at juice crafters, but somehow, it's just not the same.

Honestly, I liked this spot! I got the açaí bowl and my friend got the dragonfruit bowl. I liked both a lot. It's perfect cus we went right after going to the gym and had this to fill our stomachs after. There's metered parking right outside and there's a few table seating outside the establishment.

I am happy that I stumbled upon this place. I've seen people with Juice Crafters smoothies walking around town for a while and have been wanting to see what they're all about. When I walked into Juice Crafters late yesterday afternoon, I had every intention of getting an açaí bowl and am glad that I did. Their açaí bowls have a unique and fresh taste. I love the almond granola that they add on top! Overall, it was extremely flavorful and fresh. It gave me the fuel I needed before my cycling class. The service was great. I didn't wait too long for my bowl and was happily greeted upon walking in. I give this place two thumbs up and five stars! I'll be returning soon to try some yummy smoothies or juices.

Juice Crafters is on a section of Ocean Park that has some interesting restaurants and art gallery. The interior is stocked with various healthy goodies to choose from as well as a good selection of juices. I was intending to wander the boulevard so I ordered a blend of juices and some peanut butter bites to go. The bites were dense and very peanutty and the juice fit the bill.

The back patio is especially lovely; modern yet cozy, with thoughtful decor. The food blends California-fresh ingredients with Turkish and Middle Eastern flair. The drink menu is equally fun, with a unique variety of milks like pistachio and walnut, paired with creative beverage options. I was seated outside with a view of a busy road intersection, which made for nice people watching. The menu didn't have any stand-out dishes that you couldn't find at any other brunch place and there were barely any savory vegetarian options. I went with the Napa scramble. The scramble itself was very heavy on the spinach and light on the sun-dried tomatoes, which made for a not great texture and duller flavor. I did appreciate the bites with the creamy, tangy goat cheese. The toast was just ok and the strawberry jam it came with was very runny. I did enjoy the fresh greens on the side that were lightly dressed.

Although there was only one person running the restaurant, we were well attended. Parking in Santa Monica is always challenging. We lucked out with metered street in front. A little on the watery side. Chicken bites came out in about 15 minutes. The coating had a very satisfying crunch, very saucy, but fell off the chicken easily and was a bit salty. This is a messy dish for sure. You will get your hands dirty! Chorizo Benedict came out about 30 minutes after order. Not great honestly. Portion size was generous. The eggs were poached decently, still runny, but the chorizo itself was bland and rather dry. The potatoes were room temperature. The bread a bit too chewy. Not AT ALL spicy. Super light on the pico de gallo. The service was rather slow for not being very busy. They didn't appear to be understaffed either. The location itself is cozy and not too loud, which is nice! Short walk from down town. The staff was kind, but boy were they slow. From being seated to paying for my meal was well over an hour! Automatic 2.5% "service fee" total was $46.50 before tip. I don't think I'll be returning unfortunately. The search for a good Benedict in LA area continues!

We were moved from our first room because the shower wouldn't drain properly, only to be assigned a room where the bathroom sink did not drain. Aaron, the manager was very empathetic and offered various ways to accommodate us for the subpar experience (restaurant bill adjustment, late check-out) , which we appreciated, but declined. All we really wanted was a good experience. The only direct request we had after speaking with Aaron was to have our bed re-made so we could nap before leaving. In fairness, we requested this from the a front desk attendant after they could not locate Aaron directly. However despite being assured that it would happen, it never did. Very unfortunate as we really wanted to like this property given the location. Other, albiet smaller issues included our lunch order being initially incorrect as there was a menu change but the chefs didn't know about it. Our server was very nice and apologetic. My wife was asked and requested a warm room for her spa service but it didn't happen. Also, someone walked in during the middle of her treatment looking for something. We had to walk around to find a server for the pool restaurant after waiting ~10 minutes for someone to arrive. With all of this, we would consider giving it another try namely because of the location and because everyone was courteous despite not delivering, but that would be a tough decision with other proven 5 star properties in the vicinity.

This place is charming and we got sat indoors overlooking the pool. It really felt like I was in another city somewhere. The servers and hosts were very attentive and very helpful answering any questions. Everything everyone ate look absolutely fantastic. Drinks: sunset spritz was a wonderful spin on the classic aperol but it had Vodka in it so it gave it an extra kick, but did not taste boozy. I also had the cucumber marg and our server asked me if I would like some Jalapeno slices in it and it really elevated the whole experience. Apps: the PEI mussels were beautifully arranged and the curry sauce that it in was very flavorful. I highly recommend this as a starter. The steak tartar was a whole show, the server walked out with a glass case that was ultra smoky, which they opened in front of you. It was a dinner and a show!! The tartar was very delicious. If you're a tartar fan, you have to get this. Wedge salad deserves it's only paragraph! It was huge, the pecans were a nice touch. I am not a fan of blue cheese dressing but it was not at all over powering. It was absolutely incredible. Mains: we ordered the branzino and these short ribs and both were cooked to perfection. The branzino had a perfect char to the skin and the server recommended the short ribs with mashed potatoes versus what it comes with which was shave carrots. The majority of the food and drinks were on special that ended 6 p m. If you do go I highly recommend going before 6. You can also valet your car and it's also discounted if you're there 2 hours or less. I will absolutely be coming back for happy hour again. Maybe even brunch!
