I just went in to ask the women at the counter could help me figure out what drink I was describing to her, that a friend of mine got a few days prior. The women started to yell at me and tell me I don't know what you want, and if you don't like it I'm not going to remake it for you. I said, "ok" I think I'll come back another time. Sorry but the service in this place is horrible and has gone down. The store owner wouldn't start making out drink because my wife stayed that we have to pay first. From reading the other reviews and acknowledging my nescience to the complete menu (boba) I admit that my review is more about the environment there more so than the menu. I go to the gym there 2-3 times a week and bring my kids. On the way out the kids always want a smoothie. The smoothies are okay, a little pricey, but I don't mind paying. Problem is the owner/front counter gentleman seems so irritated at my kids being there. Frankly, they are the only reason we go in the first place and then to feel the scowl and disapproval of their presence annoys me and is why I'd rather go home and make a smoothie. It's not always about the content of the cup, but the atmosphere of the establishment. read more

Place is really convenient to grab a drink after a hard day at the gym and people are really cool .

This place has the BEST smoothies and boba drinks and other healthy drinks by far!!!! I've been coming here, along with my family & friends for years and their boba is always consistently freshly made. I would not trade it for anything. But with my curiosity & trying to be open minded, I started trying several new boba places... only to leave me very disappointed. They are not consistent when making their boba jellies (which is to me is the best part!). And so I decided to write another review on how I love this friendly boba/smoothie place. I have been going to the juice bar since the early nineties. I have lived all over the USA and now reside in Portland. I have never been to a smoothie bar that was so high quality and delicious. Every six months to a year or so, I take a trip 1,000 miles down to Temecula, just so that I can buy a smoothie from the Juice Bar. They are amazing. I liked the smoothie. Is it really any better than a chain? Strictly speaking about the smoothie menu, it was run of the mill. They had magazines for the wait, which was tolerable considering there was only one person working the counter. For Temecula, with it's limited options for boba and anything non-chain, it's fine. THE WORST customer service EVER!!! The owners' daughter is the only nice person there but the parents/owners NEVER smile or say a kind word. They are VERY GRUMPY, especially the man/dad!!! He has actually been mean to us before. Really bad customer service & not friendly at all (except for their daughter). They only get business because of the good location, next to a gym & beauty school, etc. Otherwise, they would not be in business anymore. Probably one of the best, if not the best boba place in temecula. I actually come here a couple times a week either to get a protein shake or boba. Everything here tastes great and the customer service is great as well. I suggest the chocolate protein shake with peanut butter or the avocado smoothie with boba. read more

I really like this place. They have great boba compared to a lot of the places I've been in the past. My favorite is the milk tea with boba!

Although the fresh juice tastes good, the "natural" yogurt is actually sweetened and filled with sugars, which makes this drink UNhealthy. Do NOT go here if you're looking for a healthy drink. read more

Came here the other day to get some boba since Lollicup and Tapioca Express seems to have closed down in this town! I got a milk tea with boba that was delicious! Service was great as well. I do wish that they had more milk tea flavors, but I can't really complain since this establishment seems to be more geared towards smoothies and juice. A nice change from Jamba Juice, which is what I'm used to when it comes to smoothies. The smoothie I had tasted quite good (it was the Raspberry Tart I think)I also hadn't had boba in awhile and I didn't realize it could be added to a smoothie. After a suggestion from one of their employees I decided to take the plunge and found it a welcome addition to my smoothie. The only complaint I have, I felt quite weak watching all the gym fanatics coming over to grab their Whey Protein smoothies and wheat grass drinks, but I guess that's what happens when their located next to a gym. read more

Nice place to get a after workout snack. They have a good selection of shakes, sandwiches, fruits and proteins. They offer a rewards card so if you come in often I suggest you get it. The only thing is that they open up at 8am so if you're in the gym earlier then that you need to go somewhere else. Love this place so much better than the big chain smoothie places. Their smoothies aren't loaded with sugar like other places normally are as they rarely use anything high in sugar. Their boba is the best, the petals don't have that nasty after taste I so often get from other boba places in town. For fresh squeezed juices this is the place to get the best flavors around. Even if the juice isn't listed on the menu almost always will they make it for you at no extra charge. I love supporting small family owned businesses and this place definitely gets my business. I've become a regular to the point where they recognize me and know my order the second I walk in. Lovely people who are super nice and provide excellent service. I don't think this place is all that pricy and in fact I've paid way more money for a smaller smoothie and Jamba Juice then I have here. I have only been here twice and I'm never going back again. The first time was fine they gave me my correct order and I left. Although the second time I went I specifically asked for 2 peach smoothies with boba and I received my smoothies with no boba. I had said I ordered boba in a calm manner but they began to tell me I was wrong and I quote " you may have thought you ordered boba but didn't." I couldn't believe they were arguing with me, everything would have been perfectly fine if they had said sorry and said boba is a 50 cent extra charge, I would have gladly paid the extra 50 cents and carried on with my day. Although the fact that both the employees working at the time argued with me and told me I was wrong was very rude on their part and the definition of bad customer service.
