The girls that work there are so sweet. They took care of everything for me. My next visit I had the treatment done. It was painful but of course they can't help that. I felt comfortable and they made sure I was taken care completely. They did a great job and I'm grateful for everything they did for me.

From the minute I called to when I showed up to my appointment and left, they were very nice. I don't think I've had customer service like that in a while. Lauren was my dental hygienist and she was very sweet. She made me feel comfortable from the start and did one of the best cleanings I think I've ever had. I believe I told my husband about 10 times now on how good she was. The dentist was just as nice as his staff. I don't think I have ever talked so good about a place before. The staff is great and I just love the old school feel of the place with modern equipment ( they stopped using a pliers and a bucket several years ago :) ). Been going ten years, they are a well established family practice. The staff are polite and the…read moredocs are polite and professional. The cleanings (I get every six months) were going down hill. One cleaner (no longer there) with Euro accent was excellent, the others used mostly floss and water pick and not much actual scraping or cleaning under the gums. When I went to another dentist, he spent half hour cleaning and couldn't believe all the stuff left under the gums. I have had two fillings crack in the time with them (not eating anything hard), and one visit a small filling was not done which should have been. I called when I got home and noticed, and they rescheduled another visit. If you work days, they do not have evening hours and no Saturdays (or very, very limited).
