Such a great addition to downtown San dimas. With the pink walls and comfy couches, it is the perfect escape to read and explore into books. With both new and used books, if they don't have what you want in stock you can let them know so they can order it. Not just a bookshop, but a place for community. They have multiple book clubs for different book genres, they have a audiobook walking club on many Saturday's mornings, and host an assortment of other events. I love that they carry and promote local authors and artists/creatives. They take used books and will give you store credit to use for them. I love that this bookshop is in the little downtown. I will definitely be there often, and hope to join the audiobook walking group soon!

It's really wonderful to have a local, independently-owned bookstore here in town! Walking in, the vibes are frickin immaculate! It's very cute and aesthetic but also functional and comfy! Their book inventory is slowly growing but has a wide range of genres that are easily accessible. Not to mention, the staff are very kind and helpful in finding what you need! Besides the books, Judging By The Cover's best quality is how involved they are in the community, with a full calendar of book clubs, signings, private events, and occasionally a tattoo flash sale. If you're walking the historic downtown here in San Dimas, I seriously recommend popping in!

Super cute new little bookstore in town. It is in downtown San Dimas, there is parking on the street, but there is also parking in the lot behind the store. You can bring your used paper back and hard back books in for trade-in and the books to buy are inexpensive and in good shape. The lady at the desk was very friendly and welcoming and I'm looking forward to seeing the events that unfold as they are starting poetry, readings, book, clubs, and a few other activities. If you haven't already stopped by you should give them a try.

I am a huge fan of reading books…read more I listen to audiobooks when I work out in the gym or go for my daily walks instead of listening to music; however, I truly appreciate the feel of holding a book in my hands and turning page by page to really get into what I am reading. This is the reason I enjoy visiting this bookstore. I can be selective in whichever category I wish to purchase and read at the moment. I also have a paid membership to their discount program, which offers various benefits, including discounts on my purchases. This store is always fully stocked and well-maintained, and its employees are friendly and ready to assist customers with whatever they need. The selection of books and topics to read is endless, and they even offer a clearance and discounted section at the rear of the store. As for me, I have, and will forever, love being around books, which is why I will remain a loyal customer.

It's been years since I've stepped foot in this particular B&N location, but I found myself here…read morewhile staying with family in the area over the holidays. The good: the store filled an order I'd placed through the app quickly; the bad: half the order wasn't able to be completed because it wasn't actually in stock. I don't know if this was an app error or store error, but it was a bit of a bummer and now I'll have to visit another location for that item. My favorite section to visit as a crafter is Arts & Hobbies, which is on the store's left close to the stationery and gifts area. The cafe is to the right of the entrance. Fiction, sci-fi, and fantasy are toward the middle, while music and collectibles are located toward the back. Something to keep in mind, unlike the Long Beach and Del Amo/Torrance locations, Glendora doesn't have as substantial a bargain book and DIY kit section, which I like to frequent for my nieces. However, the kids' section is pretty sizable and can be found in the back left. This B&N is in the same plaza as Best Buy, PetSmart, and AMC theaters, so it can get busy although there is plentiful parking. I haven't tried the cafe at this particular location - maybe next time!
