Horrible service and food. Waiter pulled straws from front pocket and he forgot to bring items that we requested. Food presentation was pale and the ground beef looked like it was stored without a lid and then reheated. The rice was pale and no flavor, hard pieces also as if it was stored in a fridge. The beans looked straight out of a can. Nothing looked good and it tasted so bad. We paid for drinks and left. The rest of the party canceled their food. Also, the food was coming one plate at a time made no sense. Two young kids running it sorry the place isn't good at all. Spend money hire people that know to cook and change decor and get real waiters and make food fresh. Ambiance was not spectacular. -1 read more

UPDATE-I can me back for the 20th time and they are still awesome! Open for take out/ walk in orders. Now is the time to try this place if you haven't already. What else you gonna do right now anyway??? I have now been here 3 times! I have to say I really like this place. ALOT! I finally got the chili rellanos I was dying for last time and MAN ARE THEY AWESOME. So I bumped it up to 5 stars since I have had 2 really great and one great experience here. GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! TIP- come before 1130am to avoid the teeny-bopper high school crowd. It can become a real zoo in a matter of minutes. This place could easily be a five star place..... good food, good service, lots of people inside chowing down, ect. I was excited to get the chili rellano and enchilada combo....but I was told they were out. Buzzkill. That's like my favorite thing. Anyways, I settled for two cheese enchiladas instead, only to be told that they only had chili verde sauce and not traditional red sauce. Double buzzkill. Don't get me wrong, the food that I was served was really good, it just wasn't what I wanted. I've never been a fan of green sauce let alone chili verde. But I gave it a shot anywaysSo I can't give this place 5 stars. It definitely has 5 star potential, but if I can't get what I want off the menu, TWO TIMES, then there is just no way. Maybe next time. Well my daughter suggested this little restaurant to us because she said her best friend had taken her there to eat. She said it was really good. It looked good when we brought it home. The green sauce they put on top of the burrito was ok but they didn't give us what we wanted. My husband ordered carne asada, they gave him pork, I ordered shredded beef and they gave me either pork or Chile Verde . I hardly eat pork and so I got really sick during the night. I tried to take out as much as I could but it still had pork in it. I didn't call and complain but we won't be going there again. read more

Ordered the Buddy burrito and it was super small. They use the small flour tortillas. Am a women and this burrito wasn't enough for me. I also ordered one taco and it was served with one tortilla. Very disappointed especially with the burrito. I think its way overpriced for the size and what they put in it. read more

Another one of my work spots now. So in the grand city of Dinuba there is little....of...anything. So when you find a decent place to eat you remember it so you can go back when you actually have enough time to leave the office to find nourishment other then frozen food. Juanitos, is a small mexican restaurant with zero physical appeal. Honestly the door is a door for a house, the inside is nothing to look at except they have a huge TV in the corner...BUT that doesn't really matter, especially in Dinuba. So my papa and I came here with the recommendation of a woman in our customer service department...and thank you Bev, the food here is fast the service is friendly and for the cost you get plenty. The food is par quality nothing grand but better then passable. I've been here a couple of times and the items worth noting are their chicken tacos, simple but tasty... their chile verde burrito, makesure to say hold the beans...and their SALSA....it is HOT HOT HOT, seriously I walk away from it sniffing all the way back to the office.... So thanks to this place I get a cheap quick and tasty meal when I get to leave the office. read more

This is a great spot to eat. Service is quick, friendly, and the food is always good. The owner is great and the people who work with him are wonderful. The food is the type of traditional Mexican food you would expect. Burritos, enchiladas, tacos. And some that not everyone has like sopes which I love. Meats come in a variety including carnitas (pork), chile verde (pork in green sauce), carne asada (beef), chicken, and ground beef for those who need it that way. The refried beans are tasty. The chips are fresh and made there. And the salsa is chunky, fresh, and hot. At times you may even find his kids working there in the summer. read more

I use to be a regular customer, so when I would call in my order, they already knew 1/2 my order because my dad orders the same thing every time. They would mess up my order every now a than, but always got my dad's order right. but the last few months (during this pandemic) has been the worst and I've been very disappointed. My last 3 visits there were as follows: (1) I ordered a shredded beef taco and they forgot to put the lettuce, cheese or tomatoes in it. So I got(2) 1/2 a taco with 1/2 meat in a taco shell. And forgot my salsa & chips. (2) I ordered taquitos (they never serve Guacamole with it) but they use to serve tablespoon of salsa & sour cream and a little bit of shredded lettuce BUT again they forgot and it was very dry, I had to drink after every bite to keep from choking. Again, forgot my salsa & Chips. (3) I always order Cheese & Onions Enchiladas (no meat)for my dad. A few weeks ago, I called in my order and when I went to pick it up. They informed me that they didn't have any onions, so I said that will not do and left without the order. Today I ordered 2 plates of the same enchiladas (cheese &onions, no meat)and when I got home, they are no onions at all. And I seen how the food came out of the microwave and yet those 2 microwaveable orders with nothing else ordered cost over $25. Today was the last time because I'm no longer going there. read more

Ended up in Dinuba for a few weeks due to work. And was quickly recommended by a local to try this place. I agree with another reviewer that the restaurant has a weird layout/setup which some may find unappealing but let me tell you that the food quickly makes up for it. The buddy supreme burrito (chicken) has been my go to! That Chile verde sauce they put on top is sooo good. If you're ever end up in this small town go here! read more

Not sure if ownership changed or what, but a year or so after our food poisoning incident, we decided to give this place another try. They have definitely improved. I cannot be more disgusted ordered a Chile Colorado burrito and the meat on the inside was colorless as if it was washed it still tasted like it was Chile Verde and found a hair to top of all off. I went once to the one in Reedley in 1999 took me 20 years to go back because of hair in my burrito 20 years later same problem...smh read more

This place nothing compared to the one in Reedley! The person working looked like she didn't know what she was doing. Said they were full when only 3 tables were occupied food was mediocre. Placed my order over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up they couldn't find my order...next time I'll just take the extra 10 minutes and go to Reedley! read more

Service was horrible!!! Food wasnt great either.the waitress showed she didn't want to serve us, even though we were nice, not rude at all, just went to have dinner. My husband wanted the nachos, but instead of chili Verde, he wanted the nachos with carne asada and she told him she just didn't think they could do that "or"(yes she said or) that it wouldn't taste right so he said ok and ordered carne asada tacos. The meat did not look like carne asada at all. It looked like ground beef and my husband didn't know what it tasted like but not carne asada. It looked like mystery meat. Even my daughter wanted to taste it thinking it was asada and spit it out. My son spit out his beans, which was the first time he has done that, he even loves canned beans. The food did not look fresh at all. No kids meals/menu. My Juanitos chips were really good, ordered without beans. The chips and salsa are good, but the salsa isn't your average salsa. I like it my husband and kids don't. If you want good Mexican food go to me n Marthas, circle K or the Valero food Mart next to dollar tree. Even tacos el grullo is better. The only thing that earned them one star is the chili Verde and they serve beer, but I can go get a cheesy chili Verde burrito at me n Martha which taste much better and is cheaper(but no beer there). Never going back here. No one could pay us to go back. read more
