My AC was freezing up, restricting air flow through the vents. When he came, he quickly got to work. Tested and checked the simplest things to make sure all potential issues were addressed. I was quoted almost three times by other companies compared to what he charged me to get everything going. He was thorough and explained how things work, signs and symptoms of things that could fail. Stand up service. Can't beat the pricing as well.

My cousin recommended Element HVAC for maintenance on my home's AC unit. I took he's recommendation…read morebecause he services commercial HVACs. I've used other companies before but none have been as through as Element. Ruben, the technician was professional, detailed and took pride his craft. The price was very reasonable for all the work he did given it's a split unit. Unfortunately, I've paid more to other companies who've done less maintance to the furnace. Once, a technician from another company didn't even inspect the unit in the attic, of course I never called them again. Without any hesitation I will hire Element for all my HVAC needs.

On Friday morning I called Jonathan and he was able to squeeze me in to get my couches steam…read morecleaned. I didn't tell him beforehand but the day before my 2 year old marked up my walls and couches with a SHARPIE. It was a nightmare, I spent 5 hours with a wet rag and Oxyclean and kind of got some of it out but my couches became discolored with water marks. I originally booked another company the day before but didn't feel 100% confident so I looked on Yelp and found Titan Steam Cleaning, I looked at his before and after photo of couches he's worked on, looked at his reviews (the filtered ones at the bottom too) and felt confident that he could fix my discoloration issue and hoped that he could get more of the Sharpie marks out but wouldn't be surprised if it didn't come off cos that stuff is strong. Jonathan took a little over two hours to complete the job and it was like magic. My couches were back to normal, i was so so happy i kept walking by to look at my couches. He took his time and was informative about what to use next time instead of Oxyclean and his steam clean process. The photos of the discoloration doesn't look too bad but in person it was very noticeable. His results exceeded my expectations and we are beyond happy we found Jonathan at Titan Steam Cleaning and will refer him to all of our friends and family.

Brandon was the first to respond to my Yelp inquiry (which was placed at 10PM on a Sunday night) and came to my Property first thing on Monday morning to take a look at my roof and moss growth (my home insurance told me that not taking care of it will result in not renewing my policy). I was very impressed with Brandon's detailed explanation about the process (which was completed today) and gave me an amazing price that beat out the competition. I now have a clean roof thanks to High Tide and Brandon and would recommend him to anyone needing roof cleaning or anything else related that that area. Thank you High Tide and Team.
