I understand that training has to happen, especially when a restaurant is short-staffed, but it should not come at the expense of the guest experience. The bill was also incorrect, with extra charges for salads and sides. My dad, who is a veteran and was paying for the meal, also did not receive the expected military discount. Instead, only $0.50 was removed from a bill totaling nearly $80, which added to the frustration. The atmosphere was the same as nearly every other Miller's Ale House: a casual sports-bar setting with plenty of TVs, familiar décor, and a lively layout.
