Long story short, they damaged our furnace and broke our stove because their tech did something stupid. When it came to taking care of it, they denied everything and refused to pay for repairs, while demanding payment for the water heater they installed. My advice? Sue them. Don't talk, don't threaten. Just sue them. Take them straight to small claims court, and slap them with a lawsuit. read more

Not at all customer focused. I used them for 2 services recently - to clean out my septic tank they installed 10 years ago, and then 1 week later to install new parts. The 1st employee told me the air supply motor on the septic tank was okay. One week later, another employee came out to install the needed parts. My wife asked him about the condition of the motor. He told her that the motor needed replacing, citing corroding wiring. He also pitched a "Total Home Care Club" service plan to her. I contacted the main office to see why we were given 2 opposing answers for the condition of the motor. The lady that answered the phone went off the line, then returned and said she passed the information onto the Manager, who would call me back. One week later, I called back because I never heard from anyone. I spoke with a new employee (because the first one "did not work for the company any longer". This employee asked what specifically I was looking for. I told him I was reviewing their "Total Home Care Club" package but wanted to determine the reason for the discrepancy on the 2 visits before moving forward. This employee also went off the line and came back, telling me the Manager was given the information of my call and would call me back. That has now been 2+ weeks since my last call. Seems like they do not want to receive any questions regarding their service, nor address a potential customer who has questions about their service. read more

We had heard great things about this company. While some of their employees may do amazing work, the experience we had with management following a costly mistake on an employee's part were horrendous. While installing a tankless water heater, errors were made on their technician's part. After working on the installation for 8 hours, he asked where water was running in the house. We found where the water was running. It was gushing out of our gas main. While we gave their technician and management 24 hours to fix their mistake, we ended up calling the gas company to make sure that everything was safe. They were not going to reach out and tell ONG. Despite having photographic proof of their employee's errors as well as multiple licensed professionals' evaluations from having to call them to our house to fix the mistakes of JT Services' employee, JT Services' representatives refused to take responsibility for the actions of their employee. They even started acting like children trying to push the blame on everyone else. At one point, they went so far as to blame the gas company for the other appliances not working, both of which were broken due to their employee blowing the diaphragm on both causing the gas valves to both need to be replaced. They never sent a licensed professional from management to evaluate the work of their employee. The manager they did send informed us that he could not check the work of the plumber as he was not a plumber himself. If we had waited on them to correct their mistakes to get our furnace fixed, we would be left freezing in these below freezing temperatures. We were already without a heater for a week before deciding to pay out of pocket to make sure that more of our house did not have to be repaired due to their error. If you choose to use this company, document EVERYTHING. Take pictures of all work. If there seems to be something wrong, trust your gut and seek legal counsel as soon as possible. read more

Not at all happy with their price for minor parts replacement. Diffusers and 1/2 pvc with installation was over $500. Took about 1/2 hr to install. To fix aerator pump they wanted $1100. Parts I bought online from the original supplier cost me about $100 and a whole new pump would be about $320.00. read more

Use caution when dealing with this company ! They came to my property and gave me a firm estimate for work to be done of $1,000. to $1,200. with work to begin within two weeks (early February, 2018). About 3 months later, they finally showed up to perform the work. They worked intermittently for several weeks before finally declaring the project to be completed in June. However, the land was left in such rough shape that it couldn't even be brush-hogged. And the invoice presented to me was for $2,700. !!! For the exact same work estimated by them to be between $1,000. and $1,200. My complaints about the price went unheeded, even though they admitted that it was more than DOUBLE their estimate. I paid the amount in full and chalked it up as a lesson learned - always get estimates in writing. I would sincerely advise anyone considering using this company's services to do the same. Or better yet, just avoid J & T Services completely ! read more

These fine gentlemen prepped our pad for a new home in the Sapulpa, Oklahoma area yesterday and today. (6/29 to 6/30 2015) From the first consultation with them, they proved knowledgeable in many aspects of home construction and gave me good input. My wife and I are working with U Build It on the construction of our home, and can use all the education we can get. Jason and Bill both gave us a lot of things to consider about the next steps in constructing our home. Some of those things will likely improve the quality of our final build, and some of them will save us money in the long run. I was so pleased with the experience of working with these guys that I will be bringing them back for septic work at our home. Their work was done on time, done right, and they left our site clean and ready for the next contractor. They asked questions, clarified goals, and kept us informed as they worked and coordinated with other contractors. I wish every company I worked with showed this kind of professionalism and quality.
