I felt that was too much as I had the similar job done by another Co. 2 years ago. The job at that time was around $150. I know prices have risen but, not that much. Evolve came out quickly but couldn't get the parts needed that day as it was a specialty spicit. They quoted between $150-$400. They were supposed to be back first thing in the morning. I took the day off of work and no one showed up. I called about 12 noon and they explained they had forgot but would be there shortly. They "repaired" the outside faucet and I was never provided with a bill. As they left, they said it would be emailed to me. A week and a half later I received an "over due" bill that provided no details to explain why they charged $400. We took the frost cover off yesterday to use the faucet for the first time since the repair. The plumbing is moving around in the wall, and is able to turn faucet side to side. They tried to hide their poor repair with gobs of silicone. It was not like that previously. I have other faucets on the house that do not do this that are the same faucet. I asked for a call back and the young man Bryce wanted to get an attitude with me, spoke down to me because I am upset that a $400 repair is done so poorly. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no professionalism, courtesy, and their work is poor. They do not value your time and leave your home a mess.

The only problem I had with them was they told me they would send someone out the following week to clean up the yard. That never happened. I was left with deep ruts where they ran the backhoe. I also had several deep low spots and random high spots where they didn't fill the trench back in after replacing the water line. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.
