Evolve came out quickly but couldn't get the parts needed that day as it was a specialty spicit. They quoted between $150-$400. They were supposed to be back first thing in the morning. I took the day off of work and no one showed up. I called about 12 noon and they explained they had forgot but would be there shortly. They "repaired" the outside faucet and I was never provided with a bill. As they left, they said it would be emailed to me. A week and a half later I received an "over due" bill that provided no details to explain why they charged $400. We took the frost cover off yesterday to use the faucet for the first time since the repair. The plumbing is moving around in the wall, and is able to turn faucet side to side. They tried to hide their poor repair with gobs of silicone. It was not like that previously. I have other faucets on the house that do not do this that are the same faucet. I asked for a call back and the young man Bryce wanted to get an attitude with me, spoke down to me because I am upset that a $400 repair is done so poorly. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no professionalism, courtesy, and their work is poor. They do not value your time and leave your home a mess.

Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

Ashley. thanks for getting back to me. after purchasing a new 4 ton house a/c system 5 years ago…read moreI'm now out of luck? when first tech came he said he tested and it was capacitor. he replaced and then had a terminal blowout. 2nd tech confirmed warning was right. but a wire was loose off of capacitor. pictures? if that wire grounded out could that cause compressor to terminal blowout? also when 1st tech trouble shooter condenser he had 240 volts to disconnect. pulled disconnect to diagnose. tell me how he got a terminal blowout? the thermostat was in off. not on cooling. how would unit come on? I asked him this he said he could not manually close or open contractor cause it has a cover to protect it. unless contractor was faulty( which should have been checked/ along with compressor) before starting. he either bypassed low voltage to manually turn unit on or had a loose wire in my opinion to grind out compressor. this isn't a typical failure. unit should not have come on with thermostat off! explain please. also it's under warranty. but $2500 ton house a replace a warranty compressor too much. I have my 84 year old mother here and it's 96' in home. please help.
