We scheduled service for the next day, and they spent hours digging up hard clay soil to replace the backflow preventer. After the new backflow preventer was installed, they proceeded to hydro jet our main sewer line from the ground and through a roof vent until it was completely clean. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. Overall, I would recommend them for most jobs since they did a good job repairing the problem and did not overcharge for the work. Just don't expect a lot of follow-up once the job is done.
