Their prices are higher than other quotes recieved after deciding not to use their services due to the fact that they will not give a breakdown of their services. (I figured since I had to pay the estimation fee anyhow, I would just check other companies.) Other did not charge an estimate for the electrical work wanting done.) Josh is friendly, I am under the impression/belief the breakdown is with the office. Too bad for them as it is not a good look for their company. But again I got the impression from the interaction with the office that they don't care. I don't mind paying for an estimate I just want a breakdown of what to expect.

Finally after having three electricians come out and bumble around doing a half assed job, I finally went to google and found that Firefly Electricians was the highest rated for the area and called him out for the problem that nobody else seem to be able to fix. Randy came out and had everything fixed and explained what he did, which he did very thoroughly and methodically, in about two hours for less than $200. I have high confidence that this will work.
