This drain clogs about 2x/year, and I've had it snaked 1-2x per year for the last several years, from various plumbers in the area. After hours in Vail, that's usually between $500-$800. I decided to use this business for a change, as their rates were lower for an after-hours weekend call ($600-$800). However, the plumber didn't have the right drain snake with them, so they came back the next day with the proper tooling. They charged me over $1,700 for two days of work! The manager is also refusing to reduce the amount below $1,100. This is a dishonest business. I would not recommend calling this number or working with them.

Worst experience with a plumbing company ever. After a no call no show for an apt, they arrived without warning 3 months later to tune a boiler. We also gave them another project that took them over a year to complete! We had a sewer back up and tried them once more.... they showed up unprepared and my husband had to do the majority of the work. They could not fix the issue, and the proceeded to send us a bill for 3k. They are unreliable, understaffed, lack communication, and are grossly overpriced.... save yourself some money and frustration! They also handed out our personal information to a third and fourth party without our consent.

No communication. Finally, went to Minturn to get project scheduled. Did not show up for installation and finally heard that the toilets were the wrong color and had sat in warehouse for 2 months. No communication. Told them they had 3 days left OCT 1,2, or 3, 2025 before I leave for TX or cancel. They scheduled for Oct 3 for Brian and a helper. Brian went to another job and left Allen (not a licensed plumber) to do this first big job for Sundance. He called the office constantly asking questions. Went after more tools and supplies several times. Cut out the tiles for toilets leaving a 2-4" space in the front. Told me to get a tile person to finish the job. Allen and Brian visited the site on Monday. Did not install white cups on screws and was missing fillers on back side of shaky toilet lids. Sloppy expensive job from start to finish. Hired tile person to finish job which was to be "turnkey" according to Brian.

We hired PSI Vail and they solved it the next day. I let them know on the phone that they didn't solve it and someone else did and they still charged me $500.

I was given the price to finish the job same day and was able to approve via email and a call from Esteban! I also received photos of the work before and after completion which is rare! I was a service manager for 9 years with a company here in the valley so I was impressed from start to finish with the whole process.
