The variety of classes is fantastic, including my favorites: Vinyasa Yoga with Christine N., a gentler Vinyasa Yoga class with Randi P., and Cardio Dance with Karmina R. There are also plenty of strength-training classes, and you can often catch what looks like a professional ping-pong match taking place! The facility also offers two large pools, steam rooms, and saunas. The lockers are a bit older, but honestly, I prefer them because they still have shelves and more room than the newer lockers at some other Ys. This location is especially near and dear to my heart because my son discovered his love of rock climbing here, attended summer programs, and his sisters learned to swim here. My youngest at 27 still uses the membership every week! After all these years, this YMCA remains a special place for our family. It offers great amenities, a wonderful variety of activities, and so many memories. Highly recommend!

Instead of being welcoming or professional, the employee openly expressed that he did not like my son and stated that he would refuse to sell me guest passes in the future. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Guest passes are offered by the gym as a service to members, and personal opinions about a member's family should never influence whether that service is provided. The employee's comments made both my son and me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect staff to treat all members and guests with respect, regardless of personal feelings. Management should address this issue and ensure employees maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers.

Reno, the head coach for the Sweat classes, does an AMAZING job of challenging everyone while making sure our form stays on point. He genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door, teaches proper technique, and modifies movements when needed. I always leave feeling stronger than when I walked in. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating community, I highly recommend Ikon Strength. Truthfully a shocking and embarrassing experience while attending this 24 hour fitness. I was…read moreexcited to share my gym with someone new and found a 5 day pass a perfect opportunity. We drove over 20 minutes to work out and later discovered the 5 day pass is reserved for local residents only. We were given the option to either leave or pay a fee to upgrade my pass despite not knowing whether or not he enjoyed his experience. Samuel mentioned "it's policy." I was honestly expecting some sort of understanding with an allowance of attending this one time (as we were already dressed and ready for the gym) and an explanation for the passes' future use. Customer service is not what it used to be. As someone who holds a pass where I can attend any and all 24 hour fitnesses, I genuinely did not think this would be an issue. I don't even attend my local 24hr fitness for several reasons. If I was forced to use a 5 day pass at my local 24hr fitness, I'd be miserable and never step foot in another 24 hr fitness. This "rule" is a bit contradictory and damaging to 24hr fitness's reputation. I'm very disappointed because this was my friend's first time attending a 24hr fitness and my interest in renewing my pass for the following year has significantly decreased. We did end up leaving.

Coach Ashley in the morning was fun and led us in a good warmup before proceeding with the WOD which was clearly written on one of the TV monitors. I loved being able to get a good (and challenging) workout and also engaging with a lot of the local athletes. Everyone was welcoming and it was fun to crush a pretty advanced WOD. Although I would argue that the 400m run around the gym is a bit longer than 400, I can't be too upset at working my body up just a bit more. Thanks TTL for the great drop-in experience. I am giving a one star because of the predatory practice that OrangeTheory has in cancelling. I requested a cancellation a few days before my charge date because I don't have time to go regularly anymore. The employee told me "I'll take care of it for you," so I assumed, like when I put my account on hold in the past and they said the same thing, that they would do so. On September 7, I noticed I had been charged for the month of August when I had asked to cancel. When I reached out, I was sent a survey to cancel, so I completed it. On September 16, I was charged for yet another month. So, now this is $200 that they have taken from my credit card when I canceled beforehand. In communicating with the regional manager, they said they cannot give me a refund because there is no record of my cancellation prior to September 7. That is because the employee forgot to put it into the system, so now I have to pay money for a gym I am not even attending because someone messed up on their end and they're not being held accountable, or they're just lying that I asked them to do it so they don't get in trouble for forgetting. Then I was told that they require 30 days notice. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS UNTIL TODAY! In a company worth so much money, I don't see how they cannot refund me. In this economy, $200 isn't nothing. I am so sad about this because I always planned on returning to OT when my schedule would allow for it in a few months, but now I will not be returning. I am really hurt that they could easily refund me because it's a company worth over $1 billion. $200 is nothing to them, but a lot to me. It is shocking that this is how they treat people who have been loyal to them for so long. Be careful if you sign up for OrangeTheory because this is a predatory practice, and I can't be the only person who has had this happen to them.

I was nervous & anxious but found Blueprint and tried the free trial. The trainers were super friendly and greated me as i showed up. The gym is super clean and love the aesthetic. When I saw the Kobe & GiGi mural I just fell in love with the vibe. My first training session kicked my butt but Trainer Dan was supportive and made me feel comfortable to really go after it. After my second day I was hooked and knew this place was going to be my home for the imminent future. That was in 2022 and I've been a member since. One of my favorite parts is that there is such a unique blend of people who attend this gym and they come in all different shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. The trainers do their best to make sure everyone can get a good workout in and kick ass.
