Justin and his teams positively charged, creative and multi-faceted re-organization of our company's digital marketing outreach has not only driven growth for our small business, but it has been a pleasure working and learning from him while doing so. The essential skillset that our company lacked, the Emerson Agency's filled with a strong focus on digital strategy, web design, and Search Engine Optimization, social media marketing and content writing. Justin and I met a few months back when he spoke at a professional conference hosted by SCORE- in Arlington VA. Justin's 20+ years of experience was evident as he presented a common-sense, results- driven approach for tackling what had become for our team an overwhelming task of managing our website, and social media platforms. From the first personal meeting and throughout our now, regular virtual meetings, Justin and his team have efficiently followed through with every project outlined in our work agenda. Justin provides the product on time, respectfully requests our response, patiently answers all questions concerning each project in process, and diligently provides research proven suggestions for improvement. Most importantly, Justin and his team at the Emerson Agency continuously strive to understand and reflect to the public from my own professional and personal perspective as the business owner, direct contact, and contractor to my clients. Justin previously founded Dalton Digital, which was acquired by Jenesis Software in August of 2023. From the 6 images I was promised at the shoot, I was given images I did not select, or images I was unhappy with after editing. Additionally, when I attempted to purchase untouched unedited photos from Rodney he made quite a scene and since hasn't returned any phone calls text messages or emails, additionally he has cancelled all invoices for me to even have the opportunity to purchase MY images. She also has a knack with kiddos. Shooting with a squirmy and active toddler is not easy, but she made it very enjoyable. And I LOVE the end results. Go shoot with Wei and you won't be disappointed!
