Apparently the bread had been slathered in the "butter" and just a wet dripping mess. Serina was extremely appologetic and explained what had went wrong with that sandwich. My girlfriend then ordered a single patty cheseburger whixh was good. Serina conti ued to come to our table to make sure that we were happy. I expressed a desire for ice creme so Serina gave me a ice cream cup and my girlfriend too, " no charge because of your inconvinience. After leaving I went back in and Serina greeted me as I asked for a customer feedback form. She saud they didn't have those but that her whole wish is hat we are satisfied and will keeo returning to the Harvard Culvers. Serina is exempliary

Weedy greens. The cucumbers are cut 1" thick, and the slab of chicken on top wasn't even cut through all the way. But it took them 10 minutes to make this. You gotta love that Culvers still insists that their slow service is because 'the food is worth it'. It's not guys. This is the first time in YEARS I've been back to Culver's and I'll never make the mistake again.

Summary: Food: Good…read more Service: Slow Cleanliness: Okay I dropped in for dinner on my way home. I'd been by this place a few times recently. It's a newer remodeled Burger King, new sign, new interior, new layout. Expectations were high. The BK Promise was on the wall next to the counter. The drink machines looked clean, and the mens room didn't smell bad - it's clearly being maintained. I hit the door, glanced at my watch, and waited. And waited. And waited (someone running back and forth to the drive through said "I'm sorry.") Don't be sorry, take my order. At around 5 minutes, someone I hadn't seen before came out of the back, and took my order. Around 3 minutes later, I had the food for my order. So what's going on? Manager - if you are slammed, pull the person off break and give them a break later. Having people stand around (and there were more behind me) isn't good. My order was a Whopper with Cheese, and a small fries and drink. The fries were hot, the Whopper with Cheese was hot, but it was also salty. And I like salt too much, but this one was way salty. The toppings tasted fresh. So Service needs attention, which means leadership / management at the shop. The food is okay, provided you don't mind waiting that long for what should be fast food.

We were immediately greeted by the hostess and we mentioned our reservations but that at we also were not ready to take a table but would be at the bar to get us started. The bar was crowded and we strode for our first cocktail. We started with a bourbon and brandy oldfashon but we've certainly had better. We switched over with a Tito and tonic and red wine. The wine list was short and surprisingly all the reds were from the US and only one Riesling from Germany with the balance from the US. Sitting down for dinner had nice ambiance and you could hear the pianist most of the evening. They start you off with quite a relish tray providing liver pate, cheese spread, a imataion crab salad, kidney bean salad, beet salad, and assortment of veggies. We then had salads which had a blend of lettuce. My dressing was a fair blue cheese. I also had the French onion soup which did have a very mild and nicely browned cheese topping. The soup was good with plenty of flavor along with a nice offering of browned onions. For dinner my wife had the 7oz fillet (only size offered) and I had the rack of lamb. Both dinner were enjoyed and the rack of lamb was four double cut pieces that were cooked perfectly. I would recommend this dish. Service was attentive and friendly and overall the patrons who seemed to be a regular clientele, were also friendly and we felt welcomed both at the bar and when seated for dinner. I can say this will be part of our rotation and on Sundays with the German lineup of food, you will find us there for a Sunday meal.

Part of the great relish tray. I heard it changes but we got Cole slaw, seafood salad, and pickled beets.
