One self-checkout kiosk available for customers to pay for their merch. One young lady staff behind the counter to assist. She was amicable and helpful. I have been buying magnets during our entire Historic Route 66 road trip. No more magnets for me. I wanted to get something different to bring home. What caught my eyes was a jar of Oklahoma Oil chocolate rocks. You read right. I couldn't resist, but to buy it for my eldest daughter. She loves chocolate rocks. She was very happy I got it for her. Chocolate rocks had a deep and smooth milk chocolate flavor. Quite addicting! Wished I got more than one jar. When I brought it to the employees' attention, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. That is not an acceptable response when you are taking people's money. If you are accepting cash, you are responsible for making sure customers receive the correct change. Passing the blame to a machine while keeping the difference is not okay and feels deceptive. Because of this, I will be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Attorney General Consumer Protection Unit. I strongly recommend others double check their change if they choose to shop here. I will not be returning.

Every time I end up over in the Spectrum Plaza it's just happens to be on a Sunday…read more Well today I got to visit Hobby Lobby because I ended up over here on a Saturday. This place is busy! I saw a crowd of people huddled around a section that said 80% off and decided to venture over when the chaos died down. The sign said 80% of fall items that do not say Fall Tableware. We grabbed some charger plates as they didn't say Fall Tableware like the plates and trays and ended up going to checkout finding out they were only 50% off. Kind of sad since the signs weren't correct. This is really my only upset for this store and I hope the signs or items get moved for clarification. The lady at checkout was extremely friendly and I appreciate that very much! I will be back to this location most likely after the holidays due to the hectic amount of people.
