He quickly pulls one up and holds up a mask and says you have to wear a mask. We looked at each other and my daughter says " That's ok, we don't want to wear masks." We turn to leave and he says "You need to rethink you position." In an ugly tone. So I said "You need to rethink yours." We get in the car and he comes outside with his phone to take a picture. I initially called Tulips when gift shopping for a friend undergoing chemotherapy. I went with a different company who assured me that my gift would arrive on time. When that company failed to deliver my friend's gift I called Tulips back and went on a virtual shopping spree over the phone. Meredith walked me through tons of products and made recommendations for a self-care package and then assured me they would send it out in the mail that day. I can't say enough nice things about how lovely Meredith was. I received a phone call from Maria (another employee) the following day with an update. The postal service had not arrived to pick up the package so Paige (another employee) personally drove the package to my friend's home which is just outside Norman. With all the sadness and madness in today's world it meant so much to me to find this unexpected treat of a shop where you are treated like an important friend. If possible, updating the website or ordering system in real time when same-day delivery is fully booked or at least advertising that only a certain amount of same-day requests can be accommodated each day would have saved me some time.
