We were able to communicate with Abby Cab late Saturday night and they secured a car for us first thing Sunday morning to drive us two hours to the Charlotte Douglas Airport in time for our flight. Tommy was kind and prompt and a very knowledgeable and safe driver. His vehicle was safe and clean for installing the two carseats for my kids. I arrived first and checked in, and I had to ask repeatedly was my card being held for incidentals or to pay for the room before the clerk finally admitted it was to pay for the room. The next day when we went in to change the card, the same clerk told us it had already been charged and he couldn't change it. I had to request a new quilt because the original had a giant stain on it. For over $100 a night, this is by far the grossest place I have ever had the misfortune of having to stay.
