We are always warmly greeted upon entering and the vibe is always positive. Even though we set out to try something new each time, we always default to our favorite, the Nutella Bowl. Not sure where they get their fruit from, but it's always insanely fresh. Even in the dead of winter. They're not stingy with the açai, nor are they stingy with the toppings. They offer a rewards program and the last time we visited, we actually earned a free açai bowl. Nice surprise! Keep up the great work!

I've visited this location several times and it's consistently "meh". Nary a friendly greeting to be had, day nor night. I hate places that make me feel like they're doing me a favor. It's just uncomfortable. I've only had the Frutella bowl (granola, banana, strawberry, Nutella, peanut butter, and coconut flakes). They are always skimp with the acai and it's often watery. The fruit is fresh (as it should be) but they aren't generous with the serving size. I think they forgot to add the Nutella today. There was no trace of it whatsoever. Come to think of it, I barely tasted any peanut butter either! I don't understand why every time I order in person, customers who place their order after me always receive theirs ahead of me. I always order one simple item, and it's never crowded in there. From now on, I am diving the extra mile to Playa Bowls.
