This company is also very honest. They accidentally underquoted me for the project, but they honored their original price without hesitation. They also demonstrated flexibility by working with me on scheduling and adapting to our needs. I had a question about our sprinkler system after they finished and they got back to me with an answer right away. Not only do I think the new retaining wall looks fantastic, but even my gardener, who sees a lot of this type of work, was impressed. He commented that he could tell Stuteville Landscaping took their time, didn't skip any steps, and performed high-quality work. My yard went from "Did someone abandon this place?" to "Now we're gettin' somewhere!" in no time. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, paid attention to detail, and completely transformed my backyard. Honestly, I keep finding excuses to look out the window just to admire it! What stood out most was their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to quality. The entire space looks clean and polished. I've been telling ALL my friends about the project and I guess now I'm telling everyone else too! Who knew I'd grow up to be this excited about my yard? I interviewed several landscapers before choosing this company, and I'm so glad I did. It's hard to find someone who combines expertise, dependability, excellent customer service, and genuine care for their clients. Oh! And he has a legit landscaping license! Which gave me some comfort that he knows what he is doing. It was important to me. One thing I really appreciated about this company is the willingness to work with my budget because I couldn't afford to do the whole project all at once. My project will be completed in stages: first demolition, then drainage, and finally concrete and hardscaping. So happy to find a company that didn't make me do it all at once and take out some crazy loan. Some of the other companies I spoke with had project minimums they needed to meet before taking on the job---meaning I couldn't brake up the project into affordable chunks. This company was flexible and worked with me to create a plan that made sense financially. The transformation has been remarkable, and the entire process was seamless and no stress. If you're looking for a landscaper who delivers outstanding work with integrity, professionalism, and care, I highly recommend Mike without hesitation. My yard has never looked better, and I'm so grateful for the clean slate they've given me. Five stars all the way!
