Mike - the technician - came on the 6th and said he could remove it - just give it a couple of days to dry. I gave it a week and it was still there. He came back and the same thing. I called back again and told M G not to send Mike again. But Mike came again. And this time the whole sofa was spotted and shaded and the stain is worse than the start. I was told Mike was fired - I wonder why?? The 4th time Frank came and told me the stain could not be removed. There was also another small stain that did not come out too. I called back two weeks ago and talked to the owner - Issac - to see what he would do about it. He said he had to go and would call me back - I think he hung up on me. He never got back to me. This is a sofa-bed and was in very good condition. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and First Response about this!!!!!!

I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for a job well done. Unfortunately, the…read moremajority of people send complaints. Quite the contrary. The workers were incredible working long hours, being courteous to inquiring residents, and ensured that the area exposed was carefully protected to ensure that the area was safe. In an elderly community, that was a critical factor as they are often curious (it helps them to ask questions to occupy some of their time). Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner. The residents in our building are impressed with the job. The repair comprised of removing all the pavers for 12-14 feet, leveling in order to pitch the water retention toward the open area. With a building 40 years old, matching the older pavers was a pleasant surprise to see how closely matched they were. As the Vice President of Bimini Association, I had to relay how happy and appreciative they are with the professional job. No one would ever know that a huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3" collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. Obviously, it was imperative that it was done because standing water was a safety hazard. Your company had also done a complete renovation in one of my units on the top floor. I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed. Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave. I personally appreciated the cleanliness of the area while doing the job and as they left the job each night. Please feel free to share my review of your company and I will be posting it in yelp and google. Thank you again for your attention to detail and pride shown with a beautiful job.

Deco Dry Carpet Cleaning Review I am extremely disappointed…read morewith my recent experience with Deco Dry carpet cleaning. I scheduled an appointment and was given a window of time between 1-5 PM, but after two full days of waiting, no one ever showed up or called me to update me on their status. To make matters worse, I had to get Deco Dry's contact information from my association just to reach out and try to reschedule. I work from home, so I made sure to be available during the entire window. At one point, I received a missed call but never heard a knock on my door--when I called back, I was told they had already left and would need to reschedule. On the second attempt, the same thing happened: no call, no show. When I spoke with Rose from Deco Dry, she was rude and dismissive, telling me that "in Miami, they never get to places at the exact time," and that's why they give a window. However, they never once called me to communicate any delays or issues, which is unacceptable. If you schedule an appointment, you should respect your customer's time--either show up as agreed, or at the very least, call ahead to let them know if there's a delay or problem. Making excuses about traffic or accidents without any communication is not professional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Deco Dry to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.
