On top of that, the price they charged was much higher than what other companies later quoted me for the same service. For the amount they charge, I expected professional work and reliability, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. He seemed really irritable upon arrival for some reason and absolutely reeked of marijuana. He then came to tell me that he did not have a ladder capable of reaching the roof because some other guys took his. So I had to give him my ladder. He did the tarp and returned my ladder. He then apologized for his demeanor and filled me in on some personal issues he was having at the time. Which I understand, but at the same time is no excuse. If I behaved that way at my job I wouldn't have one. The overwhelming odor of marijuana was just baffling to me. So then he left and the tarp blew off two days later. We called our insurance company and told them we would be using someone else and went with a different company. My mother in law didn't want to say anything because she's too nice of a woman, but the tarp blowing off was the straw that broke the camels back. I attempted to call in and speak to the owner and I was informed that the owner does not speak to customers. So that tells you how much he cares about you or your home.
