I had just ordered my door and thought it would be available to be stained real soon. The sales team at the door place forgot to mention that ordering doors is a multi-month ordeal. Paintmasters educated me on the process of new doors, installing them, staining them, etc. The people I talked with there were friendly and funny and never gave me the sense that I was a pain. Finally, the door arrived. The next day I was down at Paintmaster's office to get my door stained the exact tint and color I wanted. With the help of a painter, I described the color, he showed me some examples, and he made the exact (I mean that, no compromise or settling) door I wanted to spend my money on. Customer service couldn't be better than it is here, and to top that off, the work is beautiful quality, too.

You genuinely cannot tell there was ever a hole there -- the patch, texture, and paint match are flawless. David and his crew were professional, tidy, and clearly take real pride in their craft. What stood out most was how honest they were about pricing. No upselling, no surprise charges, no nickel-and-diming -- just fair, transparent pricing for quality work. In a world where so many transactions feel rushed and impersonal, it was refreshing to work with a small business owner who actually cares about doing the job right. We will absolutely be using Paintmasters for any painting or repair needs in the future, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the Concord area without hesitation. Thanks again, David -- great work!

His workers carefully painted over the cans the "INT"erior and when I told them to leave the left over paint once finished, they were reluctant. I found out why! I confirmed with Kelly More paint store he had purchased a crazy amount of gallons all INTERIOR PAINT. Jeff the owner denied it. I made sure he repainted the entire house with the EXTERIOR paint! Excellent Service, Attention to Detail, and Professionalism!…read more I recently hired RB Handyman Service to tackle a long list of repairs and maintenance projects around my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience! Rick, the owner, arrived right on time at 8 a.m. to walk through approximately ten different projects I needed completed. These included hardwiring six smoke detectors, removing an old whole-house vacuum system and capping the PVC pipe, replacing caulking around my kitchen sink, shower, and bathtub, cleaning and maintaining our whole-house fan, replacing a faulty dimmer switch, and repairing and painting rotted wood on an outdoor shed and a bathroom baseboard. Rick took incredibly detailed notes and sent me a thorough estimate that same afternoon. The pricing was very fair, and after I approved the estimate, he called to let me know they could begin the following Monday. Jason arrived promptly at 8 a.m. Monday morning. Although I hadn't met him before, he immediately put me at ease by walking through every item on the list to confirm exactly what needed to be done. He was organized, professional, and got right to work, including picking up supplies and matching paint colors. I felt completely comfortable leaving for work while he worked on the house. When I returned that afternoon, I honestly couldn't even tell anyone had been there! Not a speck of dust, no mess, and no evidence of the amount of work that had been completed. Everything was left spotless. On Tuesday, Logan arrived to finish the last couple of painting details. Before wrapping up, he took the time to walk through the completed projects with me to make sure I was happy with everything. When I returned home, every item was finished, everything was clean, and the house was securely locked. What impressed me most was the exceptional communication and attention to detail between Rick and his employees. There was absolutely no disconnect between what I discussed with the owner and what his team actually completed. Every detail had been documented and communicated. At one point, I even thought a small item might have been overlooked, but Jason checked his notes, and sure enough, it was already on the list! It's refreshing to find a company where the owner and employees are equally professional, punctual, organized, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. RB Handyman Service exceeded my expectations. From the fair pricing and excellent communication to the quality of work and immaculate cleanup, the entire experience was outstanding. I will absolutely be calling Rick and his team again for future repairs and larger projects. I highly recommend RB Handyman Service to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented handyman company!
