Rafael was excellent with communication, very professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and clearly experienced in what he does. He took the time to explain the work, answer questions, and make sure everything was done correctly. His crew was just as impressive. The entire operation felt organized, efficient, and professional. You could tell this was a legitimate business that takes pride in its work and in how it presents itself at a customer's home. The quality of the landscaping and hardscape work exceeded my expectations, and the project moved along efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail. I'm very happy with the finished result and would absolutely use Rafael's Landscape again. Highly recommended.

That I've seen, he's been through three translators within the year that we have used him. He can't seem to keep his workers and something tells me it's probably because he's shady. He made us pay him in full, said that he would come back anytime to cut the weeds if it grew more than 4" (as required by the city). A few months later, he came back only because we needed to get our palm trees cleaned. After he took our money, we asked him about the weeds that were growing more than 4". He then proceeded to half-spray some weed killer, and said he would be back that week to finish the job. We told him that we were trying to sell the house and that we would need everything nice and clean. He said no problem and took off. Since then, we've tried calling numerous times and he would never answer his phone. He just sends us straight to voicemail now. One star, because he completely left us hanging! He only cared about taking our money upfront.
