He applied roof cement on top of my 8 year old roof's shingles. I have spoken with 4 roofing companies who all said this is not the correct application for my roof and there is nothing they can do to remove it. This was never discussed with me prior and I have an HOA that is requiring me to replace that section. Mark refuses to pay for the damage. In addition, he has not been able to identify the leak for over a month and his solution is to replace the back half of my roof which is under 10 years old. In the meantime, I have had mold growing on the ceiling. Please save yourself misery and money.

They said that they could not do it unless the dryer company. They also informed me that since they came to the house their obligation was done and if I wanted to have the vent replaced I would have to pay them again AND arrange for a dryer vent installer to be there at the same time. THEY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO. I would not recommend using this company.

The result looks nothing like the pretty pictures - more like a sloppy patchwork that lacks any of the sort of crisp layout and symmetry one might expect. See the attached pix for JW Tull's version. We were out of town and not there to watch the work being done, but neighbors told me it was done in a matter of hours. I think it looks like crap. I complained to the sales guy. He apologized and cc'd my complaint to the project manager, the director of sales and the owner. I heard nothing from any of them. A total lack of accountability. I purchased the roof installation with best choice roofing in Delaware. I told them I would use…read moretheir service if they threw in gutters they had no problem with doing that but yet I got charged for them anyway. I was told I wouldn't need four or five pieces of wood replaced on my roof which I ended up not needing so they installed the shingles on my roof with the existing wood that was already there they put two inch downspouts on my gutters and I asked for 5 in downspouts the job was $14,000 turns out the finance charges $17,000. So I am paying $14,000 plus the $17,00 for a finance charge if I can't pay it within the year they took back the wood and said they didn't charge me for it it was just a complimentary in case I needed it. So it's $14,000 for something I could have went to home Depot and probably paid $300 for plus I'm going to have to pay the $17,000 finance charge if I can't pay it off within a year. Do not emphasize on do not use best choice roofing and please spread the word.
