I've been here twice. First time, they switched ladies in the middle of my massage without telling me but it was obvious just by the roughness (very dry skin even with lotion) of the 2nd ladies hands compared to the first. Two older ladies probably in their 60s. Left underwear on and they pulled my underwear down below my butt and massaged all the way into my crack almost to the danger zone. They is no reason for someone's elbow to be in my butt crack, especially that low. Extremely uncomfortable experience and it went on far too long but I laid there in uncomfortable silence. They also rubbed so close to my genitalia, past the bikini line, that I was mentally preparing to bolt. 2nd time an older man did my massage and did not give me enough time to disrobe (30 seconds?) and came in when I was standing undressed but hadn't got to the table yet and did not leave, just stood there. The "rooms" with the tables are divided by curtains so there is no real privacy and you can hear everyone in the building talking. The blanket I was given the 2nd time also had concerning brown stains and was the size of a baby blanket. It gave hardly any coverage.. Overall the massage was not bad but the experience was not good and extremely uncomfortable both times. The more I think about it, the more I don't want to think about it and I won't be back. read more

I've never had such a wonderful massage. I've had massages at numerous places, and JQ Foot Massage is by far my best to find. I always get the 4 hr and tip the ladies descent. They work every pain in my shoulders, neck, back and legs. These ladies definitely deserve a 10. Haven't had a bad massage yet and don't think their even capable of not making your body feel rejuvenated and relaxed. Kudos to the masseuse at this establishment. I'm a little torn on my rating- I'm going to say it's a solid 3.5 This is certainly a no frills type of place. Got the 30 min reflexology. My feet were soaked in a plastic bucket they put a plastic bag in and then poured hot water. It was silent - all I heard was the women in front talking to other customers and the door opening and closing. It was very dark in the room so I couldn't see too much. But I noticed towels and things in the cubby. The foot massage was good- I only wish that she rubbed up on my ankles more and not so much focus on bottom of foot. But that ended with a good stretch of legs and arms. My little lady was STRONG. Lol Then I did the 30 minute upper body. It was cold in there so to remove my top was sort of uncomfortable - I don't like being cold. If I could recommend any changes it would be to add background music relaxing sounds and to get some aromatherapy going. When I was face down enjoying my massage I would get a whiff of something horrible- like wet shoes or something- it could've been the woman shoes or the boxes under the table but definitely not pleasant, kept me a little tense. Again - no frills type of place So massages alone I'd say a solid 4. But all the other things I'd give a 3 I paid with card so the price is 63$ for the massage bd 60$!cash. I would return but I also feel like for maybe 10$ more I can get a nicer experience from a Groupon at another local spot. I imagine they are a small business so at least that was good to support. My masseuse really took his time to massage my feet and shoulders, really taking his time on areas that felt tighter. I visited this past weekend, they were not busy at all. The whole time I was receiving my massage the lady was on the phone making appointments, changing appointments and returning calls. She would whisperly answer the phone and walk away . This WAS NOT AN HOUR MASSAGE. I assumed she would get the hint as I kept moving to sush..her.. I was wrong. I practically received 30 mins for the price of an hour. As i paid for THE FULL MASSAGE , she argued regarding the amount of tip I left." It was TOO LOW, DO U WANT TO LEAVE MORE". I replied..... no ma'am, you were on the phone the whole time.... and her response was !!!! Which I cannot believe this. " WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!" I have been going her for over 5 years. Fiona the owner / manager is the best. She always gets me in with my schedule. All the staff are great hard working gracious people. The shop is clean and quiet. Glad they are back after closing due to the virus. I always tip them well because they work so hard. Other places around charge more but these people really appreciate my business. I run a lot so the foot massage is a great hour of relaxing. I go almost every other week. Great value. Previously went to another location at the front of kingwood that closed during Covid. In need of a replacement, I found this place and was not disappointed. I got a 90 minute full body massage and a 30 minute foot massage for $100. I've had a ton of massages over my lifetime and the massage I got from Amy was definitely among the very best.
