Weight loss plans are a dime a dozen. Trust me, I've tried plenty... But plans that actually work,…read moreare rare and Ideal Protein works! After seeing a friend successfully lose 35 pounds, I was convinced to give it a shot and I'm glad I stumbled upon Susanna's location. She's an RN, which is why I initially selected her office, but her positive personality and personal weight loss success story is why I kept coming back. Susanna works with my schedule to accommodate my weekly weigh in and still smiles when I roll in 10 minutes late. (Need to work on that!) She is available via text any time I have a question about the diet and it has ensured that I stay true to the plan and I've already lost 20 pounds in a couple months. The program is restrictive and takes a great deal of commitment, but after seeing the first week's weight loss, it's motivating enough to keep you engaged. The best part is, IP teaches you how to make better decisions so you can keep the weight off. When I went off the diet for a 3 week vacation (and ate horribly) I only gained 3 pounds, so I'm confident I will be able to keep the weight off going forward (after I lose these last 15 pounds) I'd recommend IP to anyone, but recommend Susanna even more!! Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

I give a big thanks to Susanna and Bestweighusa for helping lead a healthier lifestyle.

And when I worked with her 1:1, I discovered my impression was true: She has both feet solidly grounded in the material/earthly plane, which makes her revelations and insights very practical and tactile in nature. Meanwhile, she is able to traverse the less-charted realms of consciousness to offer an angel's eye perspective and share divinely procured information. To have the ability to provide practical intelligence gathered from our own higher selves and Spirit itself, while also being centered in lightness and the highest and greatest good for all is rare, beautiful and transformative! It's something you can feel when you work with her, and something that can be very hard to find in an intuitive healer or channel: When Lindsay is working, you notice an absence of ego and self-insertion into the messages and imagery that pours forth. She truly clears her own ego projections to be a pure channel for information and insight that supports the highest and greatest good of her customers. You can feel it and you just innately know that what she's saying is Truth with a capital T.
