In 40 years of dealing with dealers this is by far the absolute worst dealership I have ever come across! Ordered a body panel for my Kawasaki from these folks. Also bought Kawasaki oil and filter for an oil change. Got a call that my body panel was in. Walked up to the parts counter and the kid at the counter didn't even acknowledge that I was there. The store was completely empty other than me so who else is more important than me standing there at the counter? Finally I told him what I was there for and who I was. 5 minutes goes by with this kid obviously lost in his own world. He goes to get another guy and I think between them, they figured out by looking at the computer that I wasn't making things up but didn't communicate with me at all. After about 15 minutes with the pair of these guys not being able to find their own backsides with both hands, I looked behind the counter to see if my part was set aside somewhere I might see since at least I knew what I was looking for. The counter kid gets snotty with me and tells me, pointing his finger to get on the other side of the counter. Now this is the most important issue and he stops looking for my part. I'm like, "I want my s**^." This boy then goes running to the owner because I have been rude to him. These people have been less than cordial since I stepped through the door! The owner comes back and without even asking what is up, starts lecturing me. After I responded in like terms to him (not backing down like a mouse), I finally heard the word "please" after having been in the dealership for more than 15 minutes. I acknowledged the use of the word and the owner started lecturing me again. Look, Soft-Sided Sam, if your virgin ears can't take a little sh^* and dam, you are in the wrong business. I spent $10,000 at the dealership up North last year and can tell you the Mechanics and counter guys names. I was greeted as a friend when I walked in the door the first and every time I entered the dealership. This place is owned by an idiot! Avoid it at all costs!!! Go anywhere but this place! They have no concept of customer service! Hate to buy a bike and have any issues whatsoever with it since based on my experience, you'd get a free lecture but no service! You will regret not paying the additional sales tax and buying bikes in Tennessee. It will be well worth the additional costs to have a dealer that cares about their customers. Get your parts online, not here!

Had some tires swapped and…read morewas told a deadline of Tuesday which I never received a call which wasn't too big of a deal but I called Wednesday morning the said it's be don't in the next half hour or so, but took another 75 minutes. Still not too upset until I seen where they took the wheel weights off they took a good chunk of the wheel paint with it. I took a photo of it in the parking lot but didn't think much of it until I was getting second opinions and came to the conclusion to come back and talk with Barry and the maintenance tech. They began blaming that there was long existing rust under just that spot of the wheel (no rust or rust bubbles anywhere else, minutes the smallest amount near valve stem) and blaming the manufacturer that their quality wasn't good from the start. The wheel weights that were removed and the most recent tubes were don't by action cycles without regard for the paint work on wheels then either, I'd imagine that is how rust formed near valve stem. The maintenance tech said he didn't notice the large patch of paint come off when he removed wheel weights which either he isn't paying attention to what he's doing and is why poor quality results were achieved or he was lying to me to save face, not sure which upset me more. They offered that they'd touch it up but wouldn't be taking the wheel off. A minimalistic approach to recovering this problem they created and given their most recent results I declined to have them do that. Upset that a new wheel is $720 dollars not including getting a tire mounted and balanced somewhere else and the cost to remove and powder coat and replace wheel would quickly approach that number as well. Not only will I not be returning but I won't be recommending them to anyone and will be buying the equipment to begin mounting and balancing tires for myself, friends, and others.

Updated Edit: After purchasing the vehicle not even seven days in. We had it checked by a mechanic…read moreand a second option also and the first mechanic said there is radiator damage. The second one advised there is some "shady things going on under the hood" and certain parts are not secured properly on the vehicle. The dealership was contacted on the 8th by us and stated they would look into it because they have "top tier" mechanics. Never received an email back or a phone call and the bank was contacted that same day also. By all means save yourself the headache and trouble. 7/1/2025:I'll start off by saying the whole team is friendly. Larry and Mia were great in working with us. Larry goes above and beyond to help and even the owner is a stand up guy! I highly recommend this dealership.

One of the main reasons people visit different dealerships is to collect their local dealership shirts, but this store had very minimal inventory -- almost nothing to choose from. When I asked an employee if that was really all the selection they had, she had to go check, which tells me they weren't even aware of how little was available. That lack of awareness, combined with the poor selection, made the trip feel like a waste. I was greeted when I walked in, but overall the service was not great. For a Harley-Davidson dealership, I expected more. This is the first Harley store I've ever left disappointed.
