My car was cleaned well, but the service was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend.
I showed up to my 9:00 AM appointment on time, and no one was there. I called and texted owner multiple times with no response, eventually leaving after about 30 minutes. I received a text back 45 minutes after my appointment time saying he was now home. I decided to go back and continue with the detail.
Given he said it would be finished in an hour and a half max, I decided to wait on my car instead of dropping it off and getting a ride. The detail wound up taking three hours. He was very disrespectful of my time, and what should have taken a couple of hours, took half of my day due to his unprofessionalism. Then, at checkout, he asked for a tip. And he left soaking wet mats in my trunk. Additionally, he never acknowledged or apologized for his extreme tardiness.
It also turned out that he had two clients booked at the same time. The other client, which also had a 9:00 AM appointment, had originally been told when making his appointment that his vehicle would be finished by late morning/early afternoon but once at the appointment, the owner told him he wouldn't be able to start on it until the afternoon.
If looking into booking this service, keep in mind the business location is at his house, and the owner does not give that heads up when making the appointment and he provides no waiting area. Also, just because you have a reserved appointment time does not mean that is when he will be working on your detail, which he also doesn't provide this info when booking. read more
