Instantly telling a crowded lobby that she only had 2 technicians that day was a bad start. I came in to replace my tint and she immediately started trying to convince me not to wait, when I insisted I would her time estimate went from a few hours to 4-1/2 to all day. When I obviously wasn't scared off, even after she snarked "I'm gonna need more than that from you" she then started quoting the top end tint prices in a hurry, and when I corrected her on the number of doors my care had, she snapped that it "didn't matter" and that they charge the same. At this point, I saw where this was going and told her I'd pass since they obviously didn't care about their customers, and I left, noticing that another person from the lobby followed me. DO NOT GO HERE! I SAY AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE FOR TINTS! This business needs to be black listed for…read moreall military personal. A contractor(mid 30's) claims it's his uncle in laws business. He told me it would cost $200 for all windows and it would only take an hour to do the job. He stopped 3 to 4 times to talk to his buddies about cars. He told me it would cost $20 per window to remove tint from 2 of my other windows. Mentally, I thinking my bill is around $240. 1 hour and 30 mins go by and my car is still not done when ge told me it will take 1 hour to do! While waiting, the guys says he doesn't take credit/debit card and says it's cash only. They have a jankie ATM machine that barely works in the shop. I asked him why don't you take cards? Guy claims that for every $100 they make, they have to give $30 to the government. Since they made about $7,000 that week, they were only going to report $1000 to avoid taxes. It gave me immediate red flags. I tried to confirm with him that my bill should $240. Al he talked about was not paying taxes and scamming the government. He then quoted me to do my front windshield the same day, it will cost another $109 plus tax. If I wait for another day, which he highly recommended, it would cost $150 plus tax. I said why would I wait another day and pay more. Another customer comes in and he tells them he'll be with them in 20 minutes. 40 minutes go by and he is still not done with my car and tells me to move my car out, so he can let this other customer in. I said what about my car. He says " I need to trap this customer in so he can't leave. I don't want to lose $200, you have to think like a business owner." He started making smart comments to me and tells me he'll rip my tint off now since I think I'm tough. Well I let him he take it off cause it's not worth an altercation because he looks like he has nothing to lose. End of story, he charged me $268 with taxes but he doesn't pay taxes himself. He didn't give me a receipt and told me to take a picture of it for later. They have the worst warranty which is only a year and he claims he's the best in town and fixes all the horrible shops around the area's mess ups! Tint job is horrible, Worst Customer Service. Please DO NOT GO HERE, They are scammers and not that good
