It could be corrected; the cost would be $2065. My second phone call was to inform me the mechanic had found other issues with my car, plus the mechanic had broken my engine oil dipstick. There would be an extra charge to me for the replacement of the dipstick. My car had just gotten a complete checkup 30 days prior and except for the engine oil leak none of the other items mentioned were found at the prior inspection. when I went to pick up my car, I was directed to the credit card reader to make my payment. Upon review of my statement, I seen that I was charged for using my credit card. No one told me there was an upcharge for using my credit card. I was also told that my oil change was 10,000 miles overdue. I asked if anyone had checked the windshield sticker, to actually see when my last oil change was done. That was a collective NO. I would not recommend this A&R auto repair on Warfield to anyone.

Because I expressed curiosity, they explained and showed me their process of working on the engine. After waiting FIVE DAYS for a response, I was told: * There was a "hole" in the tire * Because I had to drive on it to get off the interstate, I "couldn't prove" it wasn't my fault * Therefore, nothing would be done Translation: I was dismissed and effectively called a liar for handling a dangerous situation exactly the way you're supposed to. Let's talk numbers, since that's clearly the only language spoken here. This is a ~$100,000 vehicle. The tire in question is a budget Nexen tire worth roughly $200. Your own business cards advertise $100 referral fees. White's Auto Mall chose to protect a $200 tire instead of a customer. As a direct result: * I am moving all warranty and service work to another dealer * I canceled my upcoming Ram order * I switched to Ford You didn't lose me because of a tire. You lost me over principle, accountability, and a complete lack of customer advocacy. What makes this worse is the safety implication. This was a steer-tire failure at highway speed. Dismissing a customer because they followed proper blowout safety procedure sends a dangerous message: it punishes safe behavior and incentivizes unsafe actions just to "preserve evidence." That's not how serious safety issues should ever be handled. No concern for safety. No escalation. No attempt to help. Just delay, dismissal, and indifference. If this is how White's Auto Mall handles customers after a serious interstate safety event, buyers should think very carefully about where they spend their money. Apparently this dealership is doing well enough that it doesn't need repeat, loyal customers.

Being a woman it's always a toss up bringing my car in to a mechanic and bracing to be "talked down too" about what needs to be done. But not here! A&R respected me, understood that I already knew what I needed done and never tried to upsell me in anything. Their diagnostic check comes with photos showing you exactly what they find and they were so friendly going over everything with me on the phone and discussing what I should do in the future for tune ups without trying to push me into anything today. My battery terminals were replaced and my car was seen and repaired in about a 3 hour turn around! Pricing seems fair, repairs are never cheap and diagnostic prices are on par with dealerships. I would like to share my experience with integrity diesel because it was definitely a bad…read moreexperience. I dropped my 2016 ram 2500 Cummins off with a P0750 code that indicates something is wrong with the solenoid pack inside of the transmission. The P0750 code is only indicative of an electrical failure. After 3 days of it sitting in the parking lot, they were finally able to pull it in for a diagnosis. Over the phone I explained some more in-depth troubleshooting steps that included a wire swap on the harness (I did not have the dealer tool to be able to do this myself) to rule out if it was the shift solenoid or the PCM. The next call I received from integrity was them saying the whole transmission needed to be replaced and they did not bring up the solenoid issue until I had to ask if they did an ohm test on the solenoid pack. Over the phone I was told that the transmission pan was full of metal, and the fluid was burnt, the fluid was due to be changed, it was dirty but not burnt. I requested photos of the transmission pan and once I received them, it didn't have excess metal or clutch residue in the pan. I was then quoted a handful of 68rfe's that started at $9000 ranging to $15,000. Well over the normal market price for a rebuild or a swap. Once I received my truck back, I pulled the CVI readings for each gear and they were all indicative of a healthy transmission, so I brought it to a different shop that properly diagnosed the issue and replaced the solenoid pack, and the transmission has run great since. I would not recommend bringing your truck to integrity for any short of diagnosis with a dodge transmission, they will attempt to quote you a new transmission as a money grab. Attached are the photos the tech took of my transmission pan with "metal all over it" and the readings of my CVI.

Which I did and explained to the man that I knew what was wrong and asked if they could do the job and what it would cost me to make sure it was the ballast and if they could do it. They said, yes and I was quoted it would be $50 and if they did the repair it would be deducted from the bill. Made an appointment for Thursday at 7:30 am Dropped my car off as scheduled, and was told they would call by the end of the day. Never received a call at all that day. On Friday around 10 am I called them to find out what was going on. They said, that a car ahead of me was taking longer than expected and I would be up next. Around 4 pm I started calling...thinking they were open until 5:30 pm. All I got was voicemail and left a message for them to call me back. I got no response at all that day. So I'm assuming they are open on Saturday...my bad. After checking their website...found out they were closed on the weekend. On Monday morning I called and asked why wasn't I called on Friday. Their response was, oh we close at 4 pm on Friday. I responded, that's not what your website advertised...it says your open until 5:30 pm and you need to change that. They didn't even seemed concerned. They said, that by the end of the day they would know something. I told them I really needed to know for sure by the end of the day because my son was flying in the next day and I had to go pick him up. Because they had to take bumper off to replace the part...they could put it back together but I would be out more money for them to take the bumper off again. So I said just fix it and I ended up renting a car for 3 days. On Wednesday they finally got to it and now I have a defective part. I was charged $100 instead of $50 that I was quoted. I told the owner Tommy that was not what I was quoted. Tommy said, well that guy quit and that was not the price. Never have I encountered such bad customer service. I almost felt it was like my fault for he's excuses. Communication is nonexistent. Every time I was in there I had to wait while Tommy was on the phone always. They need to change their name Integrity...too I DONT GIVE A F***

We were not impressed at first but when Mr Joel showed us the work had been done, it smoothed our ruffled feathers.
