I would like to share my experience with integrity diesel because it was definitely a bad experience. I dropped my 2016 ram 2500 Cummins off with a P0750 code that indicates something is wrong with the solenoid pack inside of the transmission. The P0750 code is only indicative of an electrical failure. After 3 days of it sitting in the parking lot, they were finally able to pull it in for a diagnosis. Over the phone I explained some more in-depth troubleshooting steps that included a wire swap on the harness (I did not have the dealer tool to be able to do this myself) to rule out if it was the shift solenoid or the PCM. The next call I received from integrity was them saying the whole transmission needed to be replaced and they did not bring up the solenoid issue until I had to ask if they did an ohm test on the solenoid pack. Over the phone I was told that the transmission pan was full of metal, and the fluid was burnt, the fluid was due to be changed, it was dirty but not burnt. I requested photos of the transmission pan and once I received them, it didn't have excess metal or clutch residue in the pan. I was then quoted a handful of 68rfe's that started at $9000 ranging to $15,000. Well over the normal market price for a rebuild or a swap. Once I received my truck back, I pulled the CVI readings for each gear and they were all indicative of a healthy transmission, so I brought it to a different shop that properly diagnosed the issue and replaced the solenoid pack, and the transmission has run great since. I would not recommend bringing your truck to integrity for any short of diagnosis with a dodge transmission, they will attempt to quote you a new transmission as a money grab. Stopped in too see about having my car looked at for headlight issues. Because I had my car looked at before by another mechanic and was told it was my ballasts and that they couldn't order them. I had to order the parts myself. Which I did and explained to the man that I knew what was wrong and asked if they could do the job and what it would cost me to make sure it was the ballast and if they could do it. They said, yes and I was quoted it would be $50 and if they did the repair it would be deducted from the bill. Made an appointment for Thursday at 7:30 am Dropped my car off as scheduled, and was told they would call by the end of the day. Never received a call at all that day. On Friday around 10 am I called them to find out what was going on. They said, that a car ahead of me was taking longer than expected and I would be up next. Around 4 pm I started calling...thinking they were open until 5:30 pm. All I got was voicemail and left a message for them to call me back. I got no response at all that day. So I'm assuming they are open on Saturday...my bad. After checking their website...found out they were closed on the weekend. On Monday morning I called and asked why wasn't I called on Friday. Their response was, oh we close at 4 pm on Friday. I responded, that's not what your website advertised...it says your open until 5:30 pm and you need to change that. They didn't even seemed concerned. They said, that by the end of the day they would know something. I told them I really needed to know for sure by the end of the day because my son was flying in the next day and I had to go pick him up. Because they had to take bumper off to replace the part...they could put it back together but I would be out more money for them to take the bumper off again. So I said just fix it and I ended up renting a car for 3 days. On Wednesday they finally got to it and now I have a defective part. I was charged $100 instead of $50 that I was quoted. I told the owner Tommy that was not what I was quoted. Tommy said, well that guy quit and that was not the price. Never have I encountered such bad customer service. I almost felt it was like my fault for he's excuses. Communication is nonexistent. Every time I was in there I had to wait while Tommy was on the phone always. They need to change their name Integrity...too I DONT GIVE A F*** read more

This company has tried to RIP myself AND my insurance company off. They are price gauging as well as taking over 3 months to do a job that should have only taken 3 days! I am only obligated to pay my deductible of $100 and they are supposed to release my vehicle to me but are saying they want more money than was agreed with the insurance company! DO NOT USE THIS AUTO SHOP!! The manager even was very unprofessional, yelling at me for his discrepancies with the insurance company. Very disrespectful company. read more

My brakes went out. Brake fluid leaked all on the ground. I called Integrity to let them know and that I was calling a tow to take it to them. They never mentioned to me that they are always a week behind or I would have checked elsewhere. This was on a Monday. By wednesday morning no word so I stopped by after work in the am. I reached the counter where the counter guy was talking to a customer that had just came in off the street to have his car serviced. I heard him talking about an oil leak. The mechanic told him that he could look at it "today" Really? When they finished talking I looked at the counter guy and asked, "have you looked at my car yet? His answer was no. I said well its been here since Monday. He said "yeah." That evening I called because no word yet to ask about my car. The answering employee said that I needed both brake lines replaced and if they couldnt get the caliper off without breaking it then I would need a new caliper. The cost would be 168.00 part and labor for both brake lines to be replaced. Then he told me that they would have to wait until tomorrow to work on my car because looking at my car put them behind. Again, really?! The next morning they call me saying that the caliper needs to be replaced and that it would be an extra 90.00 for labor and part. So by now, I'm looking at 260 some odd dollars counting tax. I called them later that evening to see if my car was ready. At the time it wasnt. They finally call me at 4:45 saying it was ready, knowing that I had no way to get there that fast and knowing that they close at 5 pm which they didnt bother telling me. I finally found someone to take me to get it, after I had called over and over from 5 pm to 5:30 reaching the shop at 5:30. No one answered all that time and the shop was dark when I got there. The next morning after work, I went by to get it and the counter guy claimed that he hung around till 5:15 pm to see if I showed up. If he did why didnt he answer the phone? I got my car, drove it home. This was on a Friday. By Sunday morning, my car had leaked brake fluid all over the outer front drivers side tire and there was a small puddle on the ground. I didnt have far to go and had no choice but go to work since they had kept my car all week leaving me in a bad situation. I drove to work, called someones family member that knew mechanics. He came to my workplace, checked my car, and saw that the brake fluid reservoir was completely empty and he saw where it was leaking from. It was leaking from behind a bracket. He went and purchased a new washer, put it on, filled the reservoir with fluid, and wallah, the leak was fixed. I still had no brakes though. I mean the car did stop but brakes had to be pumped and had to drive with caution and slowly to get home that night. The next morning I called integrity. I thought the brakes were still leaking but it was leaking off the wheel wall from all that had leaked out Sunday and most likely right after they worked on it. They claimed they were going to come tow it. Instead, some guy shows up in a car and lets another guy out who drives it to the shop. I called them the next morning and let them know that I needed my car that day. I had already been days without it and it was my only way of getting to work. The counter guy said, "ok, let me see when the tech comes in and looks at it what he says." I get a call later that morning saying that the master cylinder went out. I asked why wasnt that replaced with the rest of the parts. Their answer was because it didnt need it at the time. So I asked, then why did it go out on me just as I got it back? The answer was they can just go out all the sudden. The owner even stated this and that the part was old and looked pretty old. Ok, so why didn't you all change it out or at least mention that to me when you replaced the brake lines and caliper? The answer kept being that it didnt need it at that time, yet when my car went back the second time, all the sudden the master cylinder looked old and aged. I told them that I had already paid out 268.00 for two brake lines and a caliper to be replaced and that they had my car for a week. I think that they should try and help me. After all that was a lot of money for a 2 hour job and a lot of frustration for me trying to get rides to work. They didn't care. I walked 3 hours home from work the day that I talked to them and them telling me that to replace the master cylinder it would cost me another 238.00 and that was with a 60.00 discount. OMGF! Really?! Needless to say, I called the person that fixed the leak, after they left it leaking with a bent washer and he said that the brakes probably just needed to be bled. I went and got my car the next day, today, and he had the brakes fixed in 15 mins. All he did was bleed the brakes. I had told them down there that all the brake fluid had leaked out so we had to fill it back up and thats why it wasnt empty. read more

Avoid this place at all cost. I took my 2010 F250 in for an oil leak and was told they couldn't find anything. Funny there's oil all over my new driveway from the truck. I went ahead against my better judgment and left the truck with them to be deleted. Once the work was completed I got a call saying it was done but now has a cracked baffle on the up pipe. Now the cab has to be removed, since it wasn't caught when they were doing the delete. So I get the truck back and it's runs pretty good except for the oil leak that no one can see but me and my driveway. Which brings me to now the radiator is leaking so I put a new one in, and the front cover has cavitated, which I was told not to worry about. And I am replacing the radiator core mounts which are completely gone. Guess no one could see that either. And here is the problem when the cab was removed one of the bolts must have broke. The fix was to weld the nut on to the bolt and call it good I guess. Except now I can't get the bolt out, because the nut that got welded on to it broke of and everything else on the mount is welded together. Would have been a lot easier to just replace the mounts when the cab was off. should have done everything myself the first time it would have saved me several thousand dollars. read more

If my wife had an issue with her vehicle I can rest easy knowing that she would not get talked into buying needless parts because tommy will try to figure out the problem rather than throwing parts at the problem. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!! I financed a vehicle through this dealer and after an hour of driving it the check engine light came on. I got run off the road and hit some metal debris on the shoulder. Upon the insurance issuing a check for repairs this dealer took the check and did not fix my vehicle. He instead applied the money to the remainder of what I owed and pocketed the rest. I have contacted him on numerous occasions and this dealer even had the audacity to tell me that he would fix it as soon as I gave him the money for repairs. I had been paying for full coverage insurance the whole time! This dealer is a complete scumbag and taking advantage of me, a combat veteran and an ethnic minority. "Integrity Auto". The best auto shop in clarksville by far. I've been to a lot of auto shops and they're all usually about the same. Dirty office with a mess of a garage. But integrity was perfect. Took my wife's '12 focus in because it was leaking coolant. First place I went couldn't find the leak. Integrity found it, and fixed it, quickly and way cheaper than I planned.
