No hidden prices or charges, it's all very easy to understand and what your expectations are when they do the job. It's the first time I use a company to wash my building and I definitely will use them for any future projects. When they came to clean the front of my building it was well done and they make sure to ask if you're satisfied with the work. Very thorough in all they do and very considerate to keeping the washing to your building as much as possible so as to not bother your neighbors. The two guys who came made sure everything was ready before the washing begins. From the first time I reached out to them to when they came to clean was only a few days and that's only because I was not in a rush. The pictures I took don't give it justice because it's not a closeup but they got out all the major dirt and grime from the siding.

They still went ahead and scheduled us for a specific time until I reached out a FOURTH time asking it to be cancelled. They were just going to come without me agreeing to the service or knowing the price. They have no clue if the gutters were cleaned the day before, we had moved, or we were out of town with the water off. And for that, I won't be using them again. Not to mention the last time I did use them they didn't clean one of my downspouts and it ended up overflowing. They did thankfully come out to fix it, but is did need to hassle with them a bit about it. Response: They didn't explain why I had to ask for the unscheduled appointment to be cancelled 4 times before it was actually cancelled. They are right the prior service fix was beyond the 30 day warranty but it was not months. As I informed them, we had a baby days after the service and it wasn't really a top priority to check their service at the time until we saw damage to the ground around the clogged downspout.

Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.
