Very good flavorful food. Some unique flavors. If I lived in the area it would become my go to.

Amazing food and service in a quaint space. Initially they were slammed with everyone grabbing food…read morefor dinner but we took advantage of the 2 for 1 margaritas and hung out. I ordered the shrimp empanadas and they were great! Flaky and delicious with the perfect amount of rice and beans to complement. Definitely will return.

What a disappointment!…read more Ambiance - the music was too loud and the smoke detector was constantly beeping. Food - My enchilada plate was cool in temperature. The enchiladas were dry. It was supposed to come with rice and beans and avocado. No beans - apparently they were out. I did get my avocado after asking. My husband ordered the fajita lunch plate. Again no beans and the fajitas were dry. Our waitress asked if we wanted cheese dip and we said we'd prefer salsa. She brought out the cheese anyway. She never told us they were out of beans when we placed our order. Then comes the bill. On the menu my enchiladas were $11.49, my husband's fajitas were $8.99 and the cheese dip we didn't order was $6.99. The bill was $14.99 for the enchiladas, $10.99 for the fajitas and $8.99 for the cheese dip. $6.50 in overcharges. My husband asked her about the difference and the waitress pointed to a little sign up front that stated new menus were coming and prices might change. I've NEVER been to a restaurant that didn't honor their menus prices. She give him $2 from to tip jar. La Taquiza - NEVER AGAIN!!!

The interior is just as impressive, with colorful murals, funky light fixtures, and eclectic artwork throughout. Such a fun vibe! I was seated at a table in the bar area and ordered the Little Red Corvette, a beautifully presented tequila cocktail topped with an adorable rose. And they definitely didn't skimp on the tequila! Erica, my wonderful waitress, mentioned that everything is made from scratch. With so many tempting options, I went for the mix-and-match three tacos: - the Plain Jane with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, white cheddar, tomatoes, and sour cream, a classic that I really enjoyed; - the Bee's Knees with agave-lime chicken, pico de gallo, and cowboy candy; - and the Boujee Beach from their Luxe Collection, featuring butter-poached lobster, Mexican street corn salad, cotija cheese, crispy tobacco onions, and cilantro. The lobster taco was especially flavorful, with a subtle hint of sweetness that I believe came from the street corn salad. Definitely some creative taco combinations! YUM. YUM! I loved that the crunchy corn shells were doubled with [placed inside] soft flour tortillas to catch all those falling fillings. Genius! My meal also came with chunky mild salsa and a ghost pepper salsa that I absolutely loved! Erica's service was phenomenal! Despite being busy, she checked on me frequently and went above and beyond. She also mentioned their rewards program, which offers complimentary chips and dip [salsa, queso, or guac] for signing up. Great atmosphere, delicious food, generous cocktails, and outstanding service. I even ordered something to take with me because apparently, three tacos weren't enough!

They have a very cool decor. The waitress was super friendly and very helpful. The location is great. The food was all very good and unique. These are not just tacos - they have loaded toppings, crazy variety of meats (wagyu, bacon, honey chicken...) and sauces that make it all pop.
