I would not recommend this company for frameless shower door installation…read more Prior to Mr Nolasco's visit, we had the existing shower glass removed, and inspected the entire tub. It was in perfect condition. Mr. Nolasco was a no-show on his first visit - he did not arrive on the scheduled day, nor did he call to cancel. We set another date, and he arrived one hour late. After about an hour of work to install the glass, he stated he was late for his next job and left in a hurry. We inspected the work and found the crack shown as pictured in this review. The crack is inside the shower and originates directly from where he drilled a hole to install the mounting bracket for the shower glass. Concerned, we called him and he immediately denied he had done so saying "that is not possible" and that he would need to see it himself. We texted him photos of the crack, called him a couple of days later, and he now admitted causing the crack but said it was no big deal. He promised to send someone to fix it within a week. We repeatedly called and texted him, but never again heard from him.

Two months ago we had Crystal Glass & Glazing replace all of the windows and doors in our home…read more This included 14 glass railing and 2 shower glass doors. All of this work was done in two day. We waited until now to comment so that we had time to see how well the products operated with daily use and a continued close evaluation. I want to share that my family loves the railings and doors. They are very well designed, strongly constructed, easy to use and very attractive. As CG&G advertised they did not damage anything during installation and have been very cooperative and professional in making minor adjustments and replacements. The owner, Ararat Cholokyan was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable and during his initial presentation honored my request to get right to the details of his product's quality, installation process and cost. It was due to his straight forward presentation, good product and affordable pricing that we chose CG&G. We strongly recommend Crystal Glass & Glazing.

I initially asked Omar to come for a consultation and he was extremely flexible about the time. I work during the week, so he offered to come on a Saturday at 2pm to also accommodate my baby's nap schedule. Omar walked me patiently through all the different options/prices showing me pictures of some of his previous projects, and also explaining in detail the steps that the process would entail. He was willing to work within my budget without compromising the quality of his work. Omar finished the project in 2 days. He was extremely careful no to damage the grass or anything around the pool while doing the installation. He was also considerate of the noise while drilling so my baby wouldn't wake up (he is an angel! I'm not kidding!). I wish he would do other projects beside glass installation, because I would hire him with my eyes closed. Thank you, Omar!!
