They make us feel important and always make sure we get what we need. They have gone the extra mile for us more than once and seem to always recall our names. Dr. Hess is a brilliant doctor who speaks to people on an individual and thoughtful basis. He has helped my partner tremendously with his condition and helped him to understand his condition better. My partner is not an easy person to work with so this is an exceptional feat. I credit Dr. Hess and his office for the invaluable help of rehabilitation and sense of reassurance he has provided my family.

Since starting these injections her migraines have lessened 3 fold. She no longer suffers as she did. He always takes the time needed to listen and research any avenue necessary to help. This is surely the guy to see. I can't speak for others but to say I hate to see an excellent doctor such as Hess get a bad review because of clinic practices he cannot control. This guy is awesome.

I can't give Dr Wells a bad review because she is super nice and her nursing staff is on top of it…read more I *can* give her a so-so review since my experience hasn't been stellar. I've had some serious health concerns that ramped up last year to a pretty scary-critical point. Dr Wells wasn't quite as concerned as I might have hoped and I had to self-refer myself out of PAMF finally to see a good specialist after wasting three months bouncing around the various PAMF offices she sent me to, all the while getting sicker. She's good for basic care but if you have a serious situation or complicated symptoms, it's not a sure bet she'll know what's going on or where to send you. She also doesn't really follow up once you start seeing people outside PAMF, even if your reports are continually sent back her way... so I'm not really seeing the point of keeping her as a PCP.

For two years, I traveled from SF to Los Altos for my appointments because I liked her that much. Dr. Wells always made me comfortable, I never felt rushed, and remembered me every time I saw her. Most of my appointments were routine, but I did have a few conditions come up in that time for which she promptly got second opinions, as well as referred me to specialist. I had no complaints with Dr. Wells, and really wish I could still see her as my primary care doctor!

I showed up to the doctor's office and obviously spoke with the receptionist first who made a comment to me right off the bat that shouldn't be made to a patient. While inside Graubard's office, he also made a comment about my ethnicity that I did not appreciate and when he realized that I didn't appreciate it one bit, he actually seemed to want to inflame the situation more. I don't think he did it on purpose but an individual in his position should know better.

She never ever rushed me during sessions. She had long conversations with me, hearing me out and speaking to me... getting through to me with her wise and comforting words. She did not just prescribe medications - she did much more, and yet I would not call what she did therapy. She simply gave me hope in the midst of the most dreadful despair. There is a tradition of depicting Love, Hope, Faith, and Wisdom as women -- in paintings, sculptures, and sometimes even songs. I now know what Hope looks like! Hope, to me, is a well-proportioned medium-height Indian woman with a mouthful of pearls, a warmly tinted skin color, a smile that lights up the room, and... I am unclear about the most fitting adjective to describe Dr Peddu's eyes - are they more smart than caring? Are they more caring than smart? If you need not just a competent prescriber, but a doctor who can skillfully and confidently pull you out of despair and show you the light at the end of the tunnel, Dr Vandana Peddu is the one you should call. Don't delay.

Dr. Greene is a doctor I will make a point to avoid in the future. I went in with my sick toddler,…read moreand he basically left us with an intern (which is fine). The intern gave me some thoughts as to why my daughter was sick all the time - went to Urgent Care with her half a dozen times in the past 6 months. Late Dr. Greene came in, listened to me and then turned to the intern to say, "Mothers like this are wondering what is wrong with their child. And it is just nothing. They just tend to worry, and our job is to tell them that there is nothing wrong." I am sitting right there. Just tell me to my face rather than insulting me to someone else in the room. By the way, I did see another doctor in the practice a few weeks later when she was sick again, and he actually diagnosed her with something underlying the sicknesses. Even if it was truly nothing, there is no reason for him to speak to a patient's parent this way.

He even treated them to a special 'glove balloon' at the end. Dr. Greene knows how to connect with children, has decades of wisdom behind him, and a demonstrated love for his specialty as a pediatric cardiologist. Dr. Greene very patiently and clearly explained why the kids were being examined and made sure I understood his findings along the way while maintaining the utmost professionalism, compassion and humor. I highly recommend Dr. Greene to any parent wanting the best care for their children's cardiac issues.

Dr Maxey has a very calm, positive and reassuring manner regardless of the situation or concerns. Her professionalism is beyond compare. I was interested to read a comment against Dr Maxey that was really about her front office staff. That is not an accurate reflection of Dr Maxey but I have to say that in my dealing with the appointment making process, they have been very flexible and responsive. I don't really know where to start with Dr. G, I've been a patient of his for more than 10 years…read more Obviously a very competent MD, I guess where he stands out the most is that he is a very good listener. To me this translates that he wants as much data about your situation and you personally before he'll recommend what to do. Different people respond to different things. I have had doctors before that are pretty quick to write you a prescription and get you out of their office. This is not the case with Dr. G. I've had 20-30 minute conversations with him about diet, eating out versus cooking at home, sleep, vitamins/supplements, exercise, state of mind / perspective, pretty much everything that effects your health. Since I've been a patient, he has also taken on my brother and my mother (at my recommendation to them). Something that pleasantly surprises me is that for a similar genetic issue my brother and I both have, he treats us differently. It just appeared to me that he took the time to figure out who we were personally and where we are at in life and is treating accordingly. If you trust and defer to your doctor but you are also a strong advocate for your own health then I think he's tops. If you go to the doctor to tell them a few data points and then you want to be off to the pharmacy then he may be good for that too, but I'm not that type of patient so I couldn't comment. My opinion of him is shared by my brother and mom.
