I've been going to this place for years for all-you-can-eat sushi. They offer it for lunch and dinner. The last six years I've frequented their place. I love the quality and taste of everything they make. The service is excellent, always above and beyond. The staff is always smiling, even with masks on. I try a new roll or pick a specialty roll each time I visit. The price for the all-you-can-eat is reasonable and worth every penny. Lots of options for lunch, even more for dinner. They even make hand rolls and udon. The drink options are also extensive. I drink hot green tea, but they offer multiple types of sakes. Full bar available as well. I recommend trying the gyoza and dumplings. This is a great place for groups or families. Nice atmosphere and ambience. They really do a great job making your experience great. Repeat customer I am. We came here for the first time on a Saturday night. We had a party of three and each got all you can eat, $30 each. Let's start with the positives. For the price, the sushi was really good! Very fresh and their rolls are were great. Services was also fantastic. Drinks were always full and food came out timely. You could also get ramen as part of it, however I like my money going to sushi, sashimi, and nigiri so I can't comment on how that was. Overall we loved this place and will be back for some good sushi. Minus one star as the all you can eat is pretty limited. A lot of their specialty rolls you can't get and only includes some appetizers and no desert. That was a little disappointing as most all you can eat places give you access to almost the entire sushi menu, maybe a few of the rolls are upcharges, but most are included and definitely at least Mochi ice cream. Not enough to keep me away, but enough to not get a 5 star review. read more

If looking to eat just a few sushi, go somewhere else as the individual sushi cost was higher than most places. The A.Y.C.E. sushi was $30 per person. It was delivered fast and was very good. Firm, fresh ingredients. Keep in mind I am a vegan so no critters in my sushi. Spouse enjoyed her sushi and said the critter-sushi was also fresh and savory. Will definitely return here. Arrived 2 hours before closing. Our waiter took our order for "all you can eat". We arrived with another couple with kids. We had to place our order on 1 ticket. Our guests got their food. But my wife and I kept missing items from our order. We consistently bugged our waiter for our missing items. Never got them. Our waiter eventually ghosted us. So i took it upon myself, walked over and grabbed our waiter to place a second round of food for "all you can eat" 30min before closing. In reality we re-placed our order for our missing items. Got 1 more roll but still missing the other 4 rolls. Waiter told us that they "ran out of rice". How can a sushi restaurant run out of their main item. My wife and I spent $280 for our table for "all you can eat" and we still left hungry!!! Although our guests got their food, we did not. How can they say "all you can eat" when they cant even fulfill an order the first time. Then go back and refuse to fix the order when I have to take it upon myself to place it a second time. Super poor experience. I don't recommend anyone to come here for food. They take your money and don't feed you. read more

I love this place. It's awesome sushi for about $20 per person for dinner or less for lunch. The unique rolls are delicious and the grungy Godzilla roll is definitely worth getting every time. I also love the Sushi Girl roll and always get hot tea with dinner. The environment could be cooler overall. It's very simple with some basic tables and chairs. They have a big wine stash in the corner. I would give full 5 starts if the restaurant had a better environment/atmosphere. Still delicious and an awesome Lone Tree find! I tried Joy sushi for the first time the other night. We walked in kind of late (8:30pm) but luckily the lobby was empty and our sushi cane fast. We did the AYCE. The portions of fish were small but they were very neatly arrayed and, as I said, lightning fast since there was only one other table besides us. The sushi rolls were delicious although my favorite was the spicy salmon roll. The shrimp tempura roll was a little flavorless, despite its colorful sauces. The wasabi was also not very hot, so that was disappointing. They were skimpy on the wasabi and the ginger, even after I asked for more. The lobby was very clean and I liked the decor. Very plain and open with a few colorful pieces here and there. Their menus are on each table with the "rules" for AYCE on a laminated spread for those who don't know how it works. They will also write up their "specials" on a white board above the sushi prep station where they'll have good deals on sushi. It's just unfortunate you're only allowed to order one of each per table per visit. They're pretty strict on their AYCE sushi rules... the server specifically mentioned being charged extra per piece if we didn't finish everything... so that was a bit of a turn off as the laminated rule sheet right under our noses would have sufficed. Needless to say we didn't leave any pieces behind. I would come back here again but I don't want to feel like I'm "breaking rules" since there are so many here. read more

Being a native of Japan, I was actually raised by a school of various fish after being thrown into the sea after birth on the USS Indianapolis(no- I'm not Aquaman). Essentially, I can tell when my kinfolk are fresh on the plate; Joy definitely provides some of the freshest quality fish out of the all-you-can-eat establishments in the Denver metro area. Speciality roll limit to only a couple selection and if you want to something that not there it an extra $2.99 and on top of that if you don't finish that roll they will charge you another $2.50 per piece. Other all you can eat their menu selection very huge with a lot of speciality rolls no additional charge. This place definitely isn't worth the try. Their speciality roll was nasty too. It all drizzle in that eel sauce and the roll had a nasty smelly taste to it. There were 3 servers the guy was very helpful and nice. The other girl in the bun was very sweet and attentive and the Korean girl in the ponytail was very rude. She didn't seem to want to help us. When she brought the food to our table she just toss it there and didn't tell us which roll is which. And then there were a bunch of guys sitting behind us and she explaining which roll is roll.
