When you contact them (ran by husband and wife) you get a response from either of them. Christina is in charge of graphics and Francisco is in charge of contracts and logistics. They were able to create the strip design that I wanted as well. After the wedding I wanted to a copy of every single photo strip bc I accidentally washed mine in the washer machine. Oops. But they were able to accommodate my request. I paid a fee and prints were shipped immediately!! Now I have the prints displayed in our living room I would give 5 star, however I did have to email them several times to get a mock up of my strip design started. I know it was busy season. They emailed me several times asking what design I wanted but would get no response after sending details of my design. Still would recommend them tho!!

There was a line for the photobooth the entire night. His booth is super kitschy, yet discreet and inviting - beats the hell out of a big backdrop and lighting display that often comes with a "photo booth" offered by a photographer. And his price is so competitive! The photo strips also provided a incredibly special keepsake for our guests. My husband and I have a CD of all the photo strips and several printed copies that guests left for us, and they're one of our most prized momentos from the day. I would highly recommend working with Matthew for a wedding or any other event, you will not regret it.

Best, Matthew This was received from the new owners via email: Hey Matt, I just got off the phone with Brandy and she is super cool. She has diligently been trying to track us down and I let her know that she caught us right in the middle of transition. Brandy is a huge fan of photo booths and loves what we are doing. However, she was bummed that she swiped her card twice and never got any pictures taken. I told her that we would help her out and that we'll work on servicing those machines. I just wanted to bring you up to speed. Dave The booth is unrelated to Spiderhouse but I wanted to let everyone know the original And the new backing company are great people. Photo away!!

Maybe they could offer some silly photo ideas and give some direction there to help people have fun with it. All in all it was a good experience. From the beginning, Justin was so easy to work with. He answered all of my several questions with ease, and he was very responsive anytime I needed anything. I agree with the other reviewers in that his prices are VERY reasonable, and the quality of the pictures turned out great. They have several photo booth options, as well as multiple types of backgrounds and print images to choose from, which made it feel more custom to your individual style. We chose the Open Blue Trunk Photo Booth for our reception so that some of our guests that might be a little shy could still have fun by watching our other guests be silly when taking pictures. I am SO happy we did this. Several of our pictures have 10 or so guests in them at one time, which made the event so fun. And the props they brought were hilarious! In addition to unlimited prints on the day of the wedding, we also received a digital download of all of the images within a week of the wedding day.
