They are so much more than just flooring. The work they have done for me on two different houses has been top notch. I had two extensive remodels. One in Anna that we had just purchased earlier in the year and then one in Plano we moved out of. Shaun is my contact and project manager for Anna Flooring and design. He is amazing to work with. He always checks in with you during the project and makes sure the job is done right before sending you the final bill. He always personally checked the work that was being done and made sure that the people doing it fixed any issues. If there is a problem, he figures out how to fix it. That's the test of a great company. I would 100% hire them again. He even would bring me samples to choose from rather than having to go in myself. He has several different contractors he uses for different projects. They aren't just flooring, they can take care of most any remodeling or renovation needs you have. I had cabinets refinished, new plumbing run for a second sink in the master, new countertops and sinks, lighting, exterior doors, carpet, luxury vinyl, tile, drywall, and painting. Probably some other things I forgot. The work was so good I started adding more and more for them to do. All of the contractors were very good but two stand out. Mark and Jackie are a father and daughter team and let me just say wow. They did most of the drywall repair and painting, as well as miscellaneous things on my very long list. I think of them like a make ready crew. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. I have very high standards and somehow they always seem to find a way to exceed them. I don't know how Shaun has found all of these great contractors. Do yourself a favor and get in touch with them if you have any remodeling needs. They work all over the place, not just Anna. Their prices are very fair, and honestly sometimes felt lower than I expected. Oh and lastly, I had never met any of them before this experience. These are my genuine feelings. It's so refreshing to run in to a phenomenal small hometown business like this in this day and age. Keep up the great work!

Jeff Cappon came to our home to assess the damage and provide us with an initial estimate. After we accepted him as our contractor, he worked directly with the insurance adjuster and answered all questions and concerns the adjuster had. He consistently kept us in the loop when communicating to our insurance company. The letters GC in the name should stand for Great Company, Great Contractor, or Great Communicators, because Jeff and his staff kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated what to expect, timelines, and any unexpected issues needing to be mitigated. They were quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the project. They accommodated changes we wanted for our kitchen vent hood and were really helpful and patient with assisting us with flooring options. Renovating our home after water damage was very stressful and inconvenient. GC Flooring Pros made that transition much easier and less stressful because of their great communication, and the quality of their work. Jeff's team did a phenomenal job, and to be clear, we are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. GC Flooring Pros is a wonderful company with a salt of the earth staff, and we would definitely recommend this company for all of your flooring and restoration needs. Germaine & Tiffany G.

What were we to do! We went first thing in the morning to Mr. Evans and explained the situation. We tried to select another carpet from his in store stock to no avail due to that large quantity and specific color required. He suggested that he could order another carpet from his suppliers. However, we needed the facility to be ready for our December 31 Church launch and the earliest possible delivery time frame was into the New Year. I reluctantly asked Mark Evans if we could cancel the order. He immediately answered, "Sure" and proceeded to refund our deposit without a hint of annoyance. In addition, he selflessly gave us some very important advice. While we were not able to buy our carpet from Evans Carpet this time due to time constraints, color and available stock, we will definitely use Evans Carpet in the future and recommend Mark Evans to others. Thank you Mark and Evans Carpet for your kindness.

Our install was not the best experience due to the distributor cancelling our order for some…read morereason. We picked out our flooring two months in advance, and Abraham said that the distributor must have assumed that it was canceled because the install was not until two months later. I did not hear from them in the weeks leading up to our install so I called a week in advance to see if we were still good to go and they assured that everything was still set for the date we picked. Anyways, my husband had taken the week off of work and they only had enough engineered hardwood flooring to do one room. They went ahead and did the carpet in the bedrooms by Friday of that week. They didnt start on the rest of the house until the following Monday. So we had to takeoff work again, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The workers showed up on time on Monday to rip up the flooring. They didn't show up until noon on Tuesday to install the new flooring so they were still working up until 8 o'clock that night and were still not finished by that evening so they had to come back out Wednesday morning to finish. Needless to say this drug on for almost 2 weeks with our house being turned upside down, not being able to get to our stuff or Cook in our kitchen. I requested that Abraham hire a cleaning service to clean our house because we both had to go back to work and didn't have time to put it back together until the following weekend. He agreed and he did send someone out the next day and they did an impeccable job cleaning the house and getting rid of the dust. I will say had the distributor not canceled our order, we probably would've had a better experience and it would've been done in a timely manner. I think that it's a reputable place and they're honest people. They could work on their communication skills a little better. Would I recommend them again yes because overall the work was good and they did try to make it right after the mistake happened.

Dr. Clean has been quick and professional from the very beginning. They came in to help us during a very busy time when our maintenance team needed some outside help. They liked the team they were using but they weren't going to be able to get everything done in the time needed so they called Dr. Clean. We spoke to Richard and he was super accommodating and very professional. He made time to see us the same time, if anything to get us quotes to move forward. We asked them to work on the carpets in 4-5 apartments and he and his team blew us away! They got it all done quickly and completely spotless (a couple had some difficult stains to get out) and we couldn't be more relieved with their service. Richard also gave us very competitive prices without even asking what we were currently paying the other company.
