OK 1st to review…read more It's a bank. Come here to deposit your money or make a transaction. Open a new bank account or safe box. Ample amount of parking available. Also it can get very busy here at times. I come here to get my notary done. Friendly staff. Oh I almost forgot one time I somehow dropped my ID in the parking lot and had already driven away. Luckily a customer found it and one of the staff called me and I came to retrieve my drivers license - I thought that was pretty thoughtful.

She motioned with her hand pointing to herself. I said "ok, should I wait here?" She nodded yes. I sat on a seat near her desk. There was no response from her about how long the wait would be. She and the customer were making small talk and I was totally ignored. I gave up and left after about 20 minutes. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not go back there!!

I did not know they hold the checks for such a long to clear. I am not sure of their policies and will check that. Though having a business bank as CHASE- is also a good thing if you can do it as there are many branches in many states to have access. They set up a hold of much money to have an account, and charge for checks unless you have direct deposit. So, depending on your needs you must find a bank / or credit union that best suites what you want and can do. Most if not all these days have on line access as well. It is not easy to give a review as it really it an individuals choice for convenience, closeness, availability and of course assistance and good customer services in banking.

I went in with my parents to help them with some financial matters that needed to be taken care of. We had a scheduled appointment and we where taken right on time. We sore a Citigold representative who was extremely helpful and very nice. This is one of Citibank's smaller branches but has all you need. The staff are friendly and very helpful. If in the area again I would use this branch again.

I called citibank again and they wanted to know details as to who the zelle was for. I told them I needed to pay rent and the zelle was to my landlord, they started asking questions as to how I knew my landlord and when we met. I've made a dozen calls about my heloc and how the checks stopped working. Their reply was "of course your account number changed when we changed names and we sent you new check book" FIRST Ive had banks change names and accounts never changed. IF you were changing MY account number I should have been informed. There has been limited communication from Four Leaf. I'm now waiting on the 3rd attempt for them to send me a check book. Every time I call I get different answers. Now Im told wire transfers are no longer allowed from HELOCs. Additionally I requested to speak to a manager and when I got to her I was informed that I need to schedule an appointment for a conversation which is outrageous.
