Also it can get very busy here at times. I come here to get my notary done. Friendly staff. Oh I almost forgot one time I somehow dropped my ID in the parking lot and had already driven away. Luckily a customer found it and one of the staff called me and I came to retrieve my drivers license - I thought that was pretty thoughtful.

I went in with my parents to help them with some financial matters that needed to be taken care of. We had a scheduled appointment and we where taken right on time. We sore a Citigold representative who was extremely helpful and very nice. This is one of Citibank's smaller branches but has all you need. The staff are friendly and very helpful. If in the area again I would use this branch again.

I called citibank again and they wanted to know details as to who the zelle was for. I told them I needed to pay rent and the zelle was to my landlord, they started asking questions as to how I knew my landlord and when we met. Their reply was "of course your account number changed when we changed names and we sent you new check book" FIRST Ive had banks change names and accounts never changed. IF you were changing MY account number I should have been informed. There has been limited communication from Four Leaf. I'm now waiting on the 3rd attempt for them to send me a check book. Every time I call I get different answers. Now Im told wire transfers are no longer allowed from HELOCs. Additionally I requested to speak to a manager and when I got to her I was informed that I need to schedule an appointment for a conversation which is outrageous. I would agree since the previous name, NEFCU, is an acronym which spells out Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union. The new name provides a much clearer definition of the bank's business. There is a meaning to the name Jovia, a word derived from jovial. One can guess why they concluded that the new name should be Jovia. I believe Jovia has intentions on growing their customer business in the coming years by adding additional branches. It has been difficult with the pandemic to enjoy personal banking at any institution. I have not engaged with this bank often regardless that I am a savings customer. They do I have favorable savings rates compared to other banking institutions.

Went in to roll over money into a 401. woman at the "platform" was clueless and had to keep asking…read morethe man next to her what to do. they had us deposit the rollover check into our checking acct and filled out all the paper work to get the money rolled over - well nearly 1 month after and we are still waiting for the rollover to happen. stopped in on sat and lady we spoke too told us call retirement number, retirement people say branch SCREWED UP and did not authorize it as rollover. spent over 2 hours on the phone and have been told we have to go back to branch to get it fixed. they are the WORST branch I have ever encountered. thinking about taking our money and moving over to Chase
