Old Country Rd, in Hicksville; I've felt happy enough to stay loyal for 25 years and it hasn't been the same branch manager the whole time. In the past decade in particular it has only gotten better with a real commitment to improvement in efficiency and customer experience. Banks are still banks, with all kinds of complex procedures, so it's all about the personnel and what kind of human interface they can provide. I'm amazed at the care they must put into the hiring or interview process to get such competent, caring people. There's not a lot of turnover, but when it does happen, each time they find a new star. Though it's not the biggest of banks, and doesn't meet every last one of my needs, they deliver a 110% effort and warmth every day.

That comment felt unprofessional and embarrassing. She later apologized and even asked if I accepted her apology, which felt awkward. Their reply was "of course your account number changed when we changed names and we sent you new check book" FIRST Ive had banks change names and accounts never changed. IF you were changing MY account number I should have been informed. There has been limited communication from Four Leaf. I'm now waiting on the 3rd attempt for them to send me a check book. Every time I call I get different answers. Now Im told wire transfers are no longer allowed from HELOCs. Additionally I requested to speak to a manager and when I got to her I was informed that I need to schedule an appointment for a conversation which is outrageous. I would agree since the previous name, NEFCU, is an acronym which spells out Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union. The new name provides a much clearer definition of the bank's business. There is a meaning to the name Jovia, a word derived from jovial. One can guess why they concluded that the new name should be Jovia. I believe Jovia has intentions on growing their customer business in the coming years by adding additional branches. It has been difficult with the pandemic to enjoy personal banking at any institution. I have not engaged with this bank often regardless that I am a savings customer. They do I have favorable savings rates compared to other banking institutions.
