I probably should have trusted my gut when I walked in. This place feels like a throwback to 1980. I opened a basic checking account and had to wait 2 weeks for a debit card, the woman who helped me was rude, scatterbrained, and didn't at all seem to care about taking me on as a new customer. On top of that, her desk was a mess, and her computer looked like it was 10 years old. When I asked if they had paperless billing, she laughed and said no, they don't. Hey Apple Bank, it's 2013!
All I needed was a basic checking account that would have a minimal amount of money in it, and this branch is convenient to my work, so in the end it does the job, but walking into other banks in the area will make you feel a lot more confident.
