Worst retail experience I've ever had. Items clearly marked "on sale" rang up at full price. When I calmly asked for one item to be removed, the cashier became irritated and said the entire transaction had to be voided. While waiting, I stepped away from the register, yet another employee began yelling at me to "get out of her way," even though I wasn't blocking anyone. The manager witnessed this and did nothing. After the transaction was re-rung, I paid over $500 in cash. Staff carelessly shoved items into bags, leaving security sensors on multiple items, which caused the alarm to go off and forced us to return to the register **twice**. During this, one employee (Gabby) yelled at me repeatedly and even told me to "get the f*** out" from the back of the store--in front of my children. When I requested a refund, the manager (Ken) refused despite the receipt stating refunds are allowed within 45 days, offering only a gift card or another location. No apology was ever offered, and as we left, an employee yelled, "Don't come back." My son had been excited all week to shop here and left embarrassed and upset. Follow-up with management led to no resolution. This location is poorly managed, lacks basic customer service, and treats customers with open hostility. I will not return and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. I ultimately left with the items only because they were purchased for my teenage son, who had been excited all week to shop at this store. Instead, he left embarrassed, upset, and blaming himself for what happened--something no child should ever experience because of adult employees' behavior. Two days later, I called the store and spoke with Vera who had advised me that Ken never even mentioned the incident to her. Vera told me I would need to come back in with all of the items if I wished to return them or price check for sales. I explained to her that money was never the issue and that bringing the items back would only further hurt my son who was excited to purchase them. So basically there was no resolution which further demonstrates the lack of accountability, consistency, and professionalism at this location.
