This tiny but functional coffee shop serves a lot of different types of coffee and drinks. They have a menu board with specials on it as you roll up. The main menu board is located near the window where you pay and get your drink. I went with a basic latte. It was smooth and delicious. Just hot enough without burning my mouth. Fulfilling my life's bucket-list, I decided to go visit the "Goonies House", which is located in Astoria, Oregon. After taking my photos, I decided to find some coffee to keep me warm and this is what led me to Journeys End Espresso. Journeys End Espresso is the epitome of what I'd expect to find in a small-owned, coffee shop in this quaint city. It is, literally, a small log-cabin that is situated on the side of the road overlooking the bay. It is so adorable!! Be careful not to drive passed this petite, yet playful place to grab a cup of joe, espresso, latté or even their infamous Red Bull drinks. Apparently, Red Bull Mixes are a "thing" here in Oregon! (sounds delish!) Keep in mind, this gem is so small, that it is drive-thru only. But there's a public parking space right on grounds and also some spots overlooking the bay and it's a wonderful view to take in while warming up to a toasty beverage. Service is super-friendly, prices are very good and they've a pretty good variety of options to choose from on their menu. Keep an eye out for their SPECIALS OF THE DAY!! We are visiting from California and stopped by to get some coffee before riding the trolley. I got a cold brew a sausage and cheese croissant sandwich which was so yummy. Finding a new coffee shop is always at the top of the list when getting to a new place. The coffee cart is in a parking lot right next to the harbor. The staff was sweet and patient had their menu was large lol. Order to getting our drinks took 5 mins if that. So, pretty quick. I had the ole favorite: sugar free vanilla soy hot latte. The service was a little slow in the drive through but honestly it's small so more than two employees working at a time really wouldn't make sense I guess. In preparation for the days road trip, MM and I went out for a stroll to stretch the legs and get the blood flowing. On our way back we came across this cute little cottage. We decided to stop by and check it out. I ordered up an Americano to chase the chill away and lubricate the mind. There service was friendly and became even friendlier when I was told that there was no charge! A saintly patron ahead of us, had dropped a grip of cash to pay for other customers until it ran out. I really love this place. I own a coffee shop in Warrenton, but before I opened, this is the place I frequented. The espresso is high quality and pulled properly. Their iced drinks are my favorite. Barista's are always super friendly. Love that they offer hot soups. Not to mention, the building is absolutely adorable!
