She knew the initial shoe I was looking for was out of stock. But when I asked about another shoe, she began comparing the in-stock shoe to the out of stock shoe. The features were comparable but it was half the price and it was in stock. It's also good to note, I usually wear a 10 1/2, but in this shoe 10 1/2 was too big. The 10 fit perfectly, so I was glad I came to the store, instead of buying online. Char, our cashier was wonderful. She was attentive and honored my online coupon. She even informed us about additional discounts. I save over a $100 with this purchase instead of the initial purchase, I intended to make. I was extremely pleased. Let's recap: Initial shoe was on sale but wasn't in stock. In-stock shoe was on sale but significantly cheaper than initial shoe. Great customer service, from the greeting, product Q&A, and check-out. We will definitely be buying more Cole Haan products and we're very particular to this store. See you soon.....

I was looking for something professional, in closed toe form, that I could wear to work. I could not find anything sophisticated enough for my tastes (and really....I'm not that sophisticated at all) I was really looking for some dressy flats but I could not find any here (that did not look sporty). They had some boots but they were also not for my taste. However, the men's shoes were a lot more attractive and abundant in selections (but not in sizes). No one had asked to help me, but they did help my shopping companion look for shoes. I guess I just looked too uninterested! The prices here are okay. I didnt think it was that much under retail cost, but every penny saved counts! There is plenty of parking next to the store because it is located in shopping center area. Make sure to watch out for pedestrians in this area. They dont seem to know what a cross walk is....

I waited in line until they finished serving the other customers, I had to tell them that I have a return. The first person who's at the register went out her area and didn't even look at me until I said I have a return. She just said "oh, yeah" then pointed at the other guy in the other register. So again I waited for the other guy to finish helping the other customer. I know the guy saw me and heard what i said to the lady at the first register but he was also going to get out from where his register is until I said I have a return. He moved slowly to the other register where I was standing close to and the look on his face just says he doesn't want to help me. He spoke on his radio looking at the other staff helping a customer with shoes and told him that there is a return. I gave 2 stars because their online store has more bigger and extra wide size selections. Zero star for customer service.
