After problems with it from day 1 (this company tells you they 'set it up' all ready to go...) I had to call the manufacturer myself. I found out, through the model #/type/serial #--my pc is an Edge 15--a DISCONTINUED model! After contacting them, I was told, "I agreed to this model, and it doesn't matter what's on the invoice"! I know need to take them to small claims court! These guys ran a cam on me, and I warn you!
